Even though Johnny and I are twins and I am the oldest by 10 minutes, he likes to be overprotective. My brother likes to overreact to the smallest things. Johnny has been sensitive to many things since we were kids. He feels like he should always be with me to ensure nothing happens to me.
Everyone at school knew us as the Hendrix Twins. My brother is one of the most popular boys at our school, and I am also one of the most popular girls. Everyone loved to hang out with us. My brother made sure that if any boys just staring at me, he would glare at them, and they would stop staring. I guess being one of the most popular girls in school can have its perks, but it can also lead to unwanted attention, especially since there are a lot of boys who probably have a crush on me since we started school together.
I used to not pay any attention to any of the boys I went to school with. I knew who all of them were, and I knew everything about them. A majority of them weren't even my type in the first place.
It was during the start of our Junior year of high school that things began to change. My world was flipped on its head when I met Jack Grayland. He was not like the other boys. He was different. He didn't seem like the stalker type. He was about my height 5' 6", gentle, a bit soft-spoken, kind-hearted, with dirty blonde curly hair that would cover a little bit of his face, soft hands, a warm smile, and loves to wear casual clothing, no matter where he was. And to think that he would be in all of my classes with me and Johnny.
When my brother first met Jack, he was impressed. That was the first considering he didn't want the boys around me here at school nowhere near me, but he had a different attitude towards Jack. It was like he had approved Jack to be able to hang out with me without my brother having to worry about if he was going to do something to me.
