Chapter 21 - 21 - It's time

"Get ready for landing," Helix told the DFA squad as the space craft burst through the earth's solar system. "What's your mission?" He asked as he stood tall in front of the force of misfits. "To destroy all Saiyan races," a little round, yellowish creature with three heads and fifteen eyes answered. He can blow up to trice his normal size. Special ability: Self-destruction. "Yes Bogy, indeed! And what precisely does that mean?" Helix asked as he looked up at the five-man crew. "To destroy everybody who gets in the way of the mission, even if that means terminating the Earth," Creep answered broadly. He's the most terrifying of 'em all, something that exists only in a child's worse nightmares. A creature of the shadows, which roams there freely. He moves like blitzkrieg. Beast nods in response, being an enormous giant his only trade is strength. Then there are the twins: Vex and Rot. They stuck to each other like sticky tape but can pull apart like buns whenever they choose to do so. They're extremely sneaky. As Helix got the A-squad together, Captain Gorge ordered his men to block out the earth's sun and soaked the green planet in complete and utter darkness and chaos.

"It's time," Piccolo said as he opened his eyes and took his stand at the edge. For the last six months, he had been training nonstop at Kami's lookout. Dendé was just too delighted to have him as a visitor, stating how he doesn't get guests too often. Mr. Popo stared up at the dim heavens and asked: "Why is it so dark all of a sudden? Had somebody summoned Shenron?" "No, Mr. Popo. If Shenron had been raised from his slumber I would have known. This is another disturbance all together," Dendé told the short man as he too took his stand at the edge of the grounds. Together they looked down towards the world below. "He's right! Something's blocking out the sun's radiance. This is my queue, I'm off," Piccolo said as he jumped over the edge and flew off into the distance. "Take care my friend," Dendé whispers underneath his breath. The aura seems off a notch or two and the Earth's guardian knows with absolute clarity that trouble awaits earth's heroes just beyond the horizon.
