Chereads / The Red Rose and The Black Rose / Chapter 50 - Chapter 34

Chapter 50 - Chapter 34

The fortress city of Nakicloa had once been one of the most powerful defense points against the Beastmen.

With so many resources and defensive power, one could be besieging for months, and the defense would not budge. This was referring to Demi-Human terms, considering that there were some that could fly, dig, climb, etc., so it could be years for human sieges.

Nowadays, however, it was nothing more like a slaughterhouse.

With its southern wall collapsed, its houses smashed and forced open, and the inhabitants being treated like literal cattle by the invading Beastmen, the bastion that once served to resist any attack coming from Demi-Humans that managed to get past the other 2 fortresses… Was now a fortress of screams of pain, despair, and Demi-Humans.

It was a Hell… A true slaughterhouse and a scene of horror and voracity… At least for humans.

For the invaders, the Beastmen, this was a paradise, in a way. A feast.

Humans, after all, were nothing more than food to them. Being superior in most physical abilities to humans, roughly every 5 human soldiers were equivalent to one Beastman.

Not counting their leaders, of course. A single one of them could deal with human armies, like the Lion King, Lehónyds, leader of the Lionmen. Or Lord Taserghaus, leader of the Cheetahmen.

Each of them were low-level orichaldic threats in their own areas. The leader of the Foxmen was one of the most feared and skilled assassins. The Leader of the Eaglemen was the most powerful archer. The Lord of the Bearmen was so strong, he could make the earth tremble with just one of his fists.

Between that and the sheer number of Beastmen after the Tribe Alliance to deal with the food shortage caused by the high numbers of Beastmen, the humans didn't stand a chance.

Scores were quickly devoured. They were raised as livestock within the short time they had to stay alive.

Many were even exported to the tribes so they could begin to be raised on farms.

Of course, there were delicacies that more or less slowed down human livestock farming, as the Beastmen saw 7-month-old human embryos as exquisite delicacies.

Be that as it may, little by little, but with minimal casualties and looooots of food, the Beastmen were taking over the Draconic Kingdom.

"Kuku~ Further north is the capital~ That is to say, top quality food~" One of the larger Beastmen, a Bearman, said with a predatory grin, with many laughing in anticipation of such a thing.

"We will make human farms~" Another said, a Werewolf, with real expectations, as human flesh was very tasty among the different options they had.

"Keke~ Maybe for more than that~" A Tiger Man said with a look of different desire… Although everyone knew that this one was kind of weird…

"Hm? Leader." One of the young men called out to the largest Beast Man, pointing upwards.

They looked at the spots in the white clouds and the blue sky. They were doubtful… They had never seen anything like that, other than a flock of birds…

Although, a short time later they realized that it was not very different from that… Because they were flying creatures… But not just any…

"Dragons!?" Surprise hit the entire group.

"Did those humans have things like that!?"

"It can't be! We would have noticed it before!"

"I heard that they had a Tribe of humans who were Wyvern Riders!"

"What are you saying? They were exterminated!"

"And how do you explain that!?"

Chaos began to set in among the Beastmen who were able to see that.

After all, the Draconic Kingdom was called such because it was founded by a Dragon Lord, and its royalty had his blood. But nothing more. They had no Dragons. Wyverns at most, but the only Wyvern Riders had been slowly eliminated, forgotten, and extinguished over time. And after the many attacks on the Kingdom, with no intervention or interest at all for any Dragons… It was evident that the founder had 0 interest in the nation itself…

Did he finally give importance to the kingdom he created…?

They were… Dragons of every possible color… Even Rainbow Dragons… And no, they weren't Wyverns… Well, there were plenty of Wyverns too, but the fact that there were real Dragons… Was overwhelming enough that you wouldn't even care about Wyverns, even if one of them was as big as a small castle…

There were Dragons like flying serpents, feathered serpents, classic western ones, elemental ones, chromatic ones…

And leading the Dragon army… A massive Dark Dragon.

The Dragon, misshapen and full of tentacle-like limbs, claws, and murky wings made of teeth and talons, rained black tar from its slimy skin, with a tail full of twisted, organic sword-like spines, ending in jaws with goat teeth and whip-like tongues full of eyes that shone sinisterly in a violet light…

Tentacle-like spines sprouted all over its body like scales, its claws looked more like chunks of thick slime that dripped from time to time. Its stomach covered by noticeable sword-like ribs that seemed to barely hold the gelatinous, dark contents of the open stomach. A huge pair of black wings with dark purple interiors, smooth but massive, as if to block out the sunlight, with a pair of large, thick tentacles on each from the tips…

The monster, with 6 pairs of eyes like grains of coagulated blood, which were weeping blackish pus, roared a guttural sound that was not a roar. It was a screech of pure fury, hatred and terror, which sent waves of darkness and evil everywhere that came out of its mouth full of prehensile teeth like bloody, bulbous tentacles with rows of shark teeth and corals behind the initial ones.

{NIGHTMARE! FEAR! CHEESE! AH!!!!! PNG}

The Beastmen heard something 'crack' as the waves of darkness hit them. Like a mirror being hit by a hammer.

Their sanity was broken just like that with the first wave.

The primal fear, beyond reason, instinct, and sanity, shattered their souls, tearing them into pieces corrupted by carnivorous and herbivore teeth hungry for madness.

Not even the great Lady of Ivory, the leader of the Elephantmen, who was resting after having organized her troops, could resist even the first wave of the legendary Dragon of darkness.

Its guttural presence was only suppressed by its own will, bent to its owner, who prevented it from harming its other allies.

And its owner stood impassively on the Dragon's head, mercilessly looking down at the city of madness that was created with a mere mid-level active skill of the Dragon she rode.

Well, it was to be expected. It was her strongest mount.

Brynhildr looked indifferently at the Beastmen smashing their heads against fists, walls, and weapons, wanting to break free from the madness and absolute fear that Siegfried, the Ascended Anti-Nebula obtained by the 'gatcha', unleashed.

"50 Riders will go and kill those still alive and bring their corpses to be mobilized. 20 more will deal with the surviving humans. 5 of the Priests here, and a Spirit Dragon will go to cure the effects of madness and fear. If there are any victims of suicide due to madness, have the Lords of Tindalo immediately teleport them to the collateral pit." The Dragon Knight ordered.

From among her draconic army, the selected units separated from the swarm of flying reptiles.

Brynhildr paid them no more attention, and looked at the map in her hand.

"Good. 5th fortress liberated. Nakicloa…

Well, there are a few more fortresses left.

Obviously, as per the order of her Ladies, only Beastmen in cities will be killed. Those from the Beastmen Country will be subdued and moved to Deorum Regnum as citizens with less rights until they can be properly implemented into society without racism and such.

The former Beastmen territory would be sold to the Minotaur Kingdom at least 30% in the north, with labor included if necessary to make a defensive barrier for attacks from the Orc Kingdom, with 20% in the west going to the Draconic Kingdom for free to gain favor for when it recovers from the crisis of this war, while the remaining percentage will be used as a maintained nature reserve, where farms, some mines and small cities maintained mainly by POP monsters will also be created. They will not be a loss if invaded, but they will act as Casus Belli to attack any country or tribe or whatever that tries to attack the property, although not official, of the Supremes.

Sure, the Beastmen would have each of their leaders brutally killed personally by Brynhildr, ejem, right, Suryt. She understood that the Beastmen respected strength, and she would show them the strength that Titania had. Or well, Deorum Regnum.

She legendarily ignored the absolute fear of the new army implementations. Namely, the Frost Dragons. They were few compared to all the Dragons here, sure, but they were something. That wasn't even counting the new Wyverns. They were mostly meat sacrifices anyway. Even the new Fairy Riders had mounts straight from Titania. Though the new ones that weren't part of Titania, had level 30 POP monsters.

Be that as it may, Brynhildr hummed, causing Siegfried to turn to lead the army and the like towards the next fortress taken. Hekar.

Cerabrate, the leader of Crystal Tear, grunted as he watched soldiers- no… Draconic Riders, aid the recovered refugees saved from Malahka Fortress…

He clicked his tongue again, and his team's mage, Jeargen, looked at him somewhat doubtfully.

After all, this 'help' from Deorum Regnum not only made Crystal Tear less needed, and thus, their source of profit was bound to shrink or stop completely in the short term. Especially considering the massive force Deorum Regnum had in having literal Dragons, and liberating fortresses full of Demihumans without a single casualty.

In fact, each of the Demihumans didn't even seem to be fighting back… It was strange really…

And the civilians and others rescued were taken to a separate area so that the priests among the Deorum Regnum forces could attend to them without interruptions… Which was a bit suspicious.

But regardless of that, the other problem with Crystal Tear not being needed as much by the Draconic Kingdom… Well… It was mainly because of their leader, Cerabrate.

He… Well, let's just say that he enjoyed his conversations with the Queen and her childish appearance a bit toooooo much… That was the main reason why Crystal Tear had been willing to help despite the odds…

In fact, the amount of times they fought the Beastmen had almost eradicated them… Although well, at least they gained a lot of experience against such creatures. So much so that they were able to defeat the leader of the Rhinomen. And he was surely their greatest rival in their entire career as Adventurers.

He still remembers how the team's tank, Balyer, was pierced by the Rhinomen's horn… Good thing Macia was able to heal him…

Be that as it may, the team was always aware of Cerabrate's… extravagant tastes, and they could understand why he was so… Upset with Deorum Regnum.

… Basically, he wanted to continue sexually harassing the queen… Ugh, he couldn't forget how Cerabrate boasted about being 'paid' with 10% of what they were really worth, but with Cerabrate being stepped on in the face by the Queen…

He really felt sympathy for the queen…

Jeargen sighed, trying to ignore his leader's growls as he watched the soldiers and others transport the children to the rest area after healing them.

He didn't really care if his leader even liked animals, swords or tree holes, but at least he should hide it a little…

In unison, everyone present turned their heads towards a rumble to the side.

It was a grown man, in rags, who forcibly knocked down a door where the refugees were being cared for by the priests of Deorum Regnum.

The man had a smile that was somewhere between crazy and completely scared. He was clutching his head tightly, as if he wanted to… Get out of there?

"HAHAHAHAHA! THE TEETH! THE DRAGONS! HAHAHAHAHA! AND THE FEAR! THE FEAR! HAHAHAHA!" The man chanted in a mix of screams so loud, it would be a surprise if his vocal cords didn't break.

Jeargen blinked… Of what…?

One of the Wyvern Riders practically lunged from inside the building where the man who was yelling things came out of, and forced his way in with some… Violence…

The door was put back in place, but it was noticeably reinforced…

Just… What was going on in there…?

Cerabrate hummed.

"It seems that Deorum Regnum is not as perfect as it seems~ Just wait until I tell the queen what you are doing to her people~" He laughed with some malice…

And Jeargen swallowed… Nothing good was going to come out of this.

Superbia, or rather, Nitocris supposedly, hummed as she received the reports of the matter in the Draconic Realm.

Evidently, the creation of the Supreme Dont-Say-My-Name was doing a good job. Sure, everything was incredibly easy against weaklings, especially with the Ascended Anti-Nebula obtained by another of the Supremes.

It was an impressive Dragon that Lord NoobMaster99 brought back from a 'gatcha'. Although everyone on Titania knew that it was just a way of calling upon the infinite cosmos of interstellar horrors. After all, that was what the Ascended Anti-Nebula was, a level 95 'Eldritch Dragon'.

Looks like Lord NoobMaster99 was very happy to have obtained it, although he remembered how Lord Camello-Soberbio, her creator, was… Mocked…? Well, she doubted that Supreme Lords would resort to tactics that only the lower ones could use, especially with the special bonds they had with each other.

But Lord NoobMaster99 was telling Lord Camello-Soberbio about how he got the 'Grand Prize' of the 'Dying Stars Event Gacha', while Lord Camello-Soberbio never got the 'Grand Prize' of the 'Monster Universe Collaboration Event Gacha', which was something like a Dragon of some sort called 'Ghidora'.

However, of course, although it was already an unimaginable offense to deny a Supreme Lord the best of the best, and not immediately give its creator the 'Ghidora', it seems that Lord Camello-Soberbio was quite happy with having gotten the 'Titanus Mosura Egg, Mothra', which was the second prize or something like that.

Well, the 'Egg of Titanus Mosura, Mothra' was something used to create Superbia after all, so it's not like she was against it. Thanks to such a 'second prize', Superbia was given the honor of being created.

Regardless, Superbia focused on the report, and nodded. A few thousand corpses of roughly level 20-30 each, and a few level 30-50 ones were on the way. Not only would they serve to strengthen Titania by allowing various units, especially the Maids, to level up, but it would allow their corpses to be used for strong summons.

Titania was considering using consumable items that maintained permanent summons and leveling them up if possible, but priority was given to levels for Titania's NPCs for the time being.

Once the Maids were strengthened enough, a new stage of enhancements and power-ups for all of Titania would begin.

"Mm~ Fine~ Take the corpses here, and then take them to one of the warehouses around Titania. After 5 days, you can move them to Titania as established by the Supremes." She explained towards the servant.

The servant, a knight taken directly from the Superbia area, nodded silently, accustomed to Superbia's preference of not speaking when it was not necessary.

Superbia internally reviewed the issue of the warehouses, out of sheer boredom so to speak.

After all, she had now been sitting on her throne for 3 hours, doing nothing but some administrative things. As such it was not a bother, but she was bored of not doing much.

There had been around 6 warehouses built in the vicinity of Titania, underground warehouses that did not taint the beauty of the Palace.

Each one built with high hardness metals, with a capacity of at least 4000 human bodies each. Although the Supreme Black Abyss also suggested that some could be used for refugees, so they only had about 4 warehouses for corpses, above where the Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organism was located, or as the Supremes called it, MUTO.

They were a 'pack' that the Supremes managed to get after hard work together between Lord King69Jamon and Papitomirey, incited by the Supreme Black Abyss•White Flower, who, like the great Lord Camello-Soberbio, seemed very excited by these monsters…

She once managed to listen to one of their conversations, where the Holy Paladin said that it was her wish to obtain a creature, the MUTO Prime… A monstrous being capable of annihilating any Dragon… The pinnacle of many titanic species…

Even so, it seems that there was no success in that search, but it was not a failed mission after all. Thanks to the joint effort of 3 Supremes, Titania obtained the Female MUTO, a creature of enormous size, level 90, only below the Queen MUTO and the Prime MUTO, extremely effective against Draconic beings, like the 6 Male MUTOs they obtained, and although they were smaller in size and level, level 85. They were a huge threat in a group, being flying beings and dealing great physical damage, and decent amount of physical defense, although their massive physical power was compensated with the lack of abilities beyond Breaths and advantages against draconic beings, regeneration when exposed to any type of poison, immunity to physical disadvantages, and other things like that.

Lady Black Abyss told the others that she, Superbia, would be the most suitable to protect and command them, because according to her words, Superbia, thanks to the Titanus Mosura Egg, Mothra, was 'The Queen of Monsters', something that the great Camello-Soberbio supported.

Superbia didn't know what they meant by that... But she was more than proud and happy to be named the Queen of Monsters by the Supremes~ Another title she boasted about~ Only she didn't use it, because such a title was insignificant compared to the first title she ever had, the title given to her by her creator, the Archduchess of White.

Of course, in Superbia's configuration, Camello-Soberbio had placed things about being the Queen of Monsters, and took full advantage of the racial class he was able to give Superbia thanks to the egg, 'Mothra'.

It was something so compatible with Superbia's construction as a summoner, that it was impressive.

Of course, Camello-Soberbio didn't explore much in the 'Mothra' branch, because he didn't want Superbia to become a giant moth and be an easy target, because not only was it inefficient, but it took away all of her summoning abilities and such, wasting the build that Camello-Soberbio gave her... And also, it didn't fit with her.

That's why Superbia was created based on the Death Moth branch, going to have a form that can take advantage of her summons, and be an agile weapon of destruction with a lot of damage while her death in such circumstances would only activate Mothra's effect, which would condemn her enemies.

Whatever the case, Superbia, based on an experiment by Black Abyss, was making several subordinates and even NPC companions like Gandolfo and others, throw things like [Nuclear Explosion], [Nuclear Shot], etc. at the MUTOs.

Sure, they were immune to radiation, and their defensive ability minimized explosive damage and such, plus the radiation healed them, so the damage was literally 0. According to Lady Black Abyss, that would make them start 'reproducing' and such, which would allow Titania's forces to improve greatly by being able to have more and more MUTOs.

So far, the female showed no signs of being pregnant or laying eggs, but the sessions of attempted reproduction are still going on. They were Mercenary NPCs, so even Lady Black Abyss estimated that it might not work anyway. Although the reproduction between some Dragons, and other types of Mercenary NPCs with each other was successful in several cases, so the probability was not really zero, and expectations were high for it.

"The war against Re-Estize will be very soon… Hm~ I should go there, but the Supremes told me to stay in the capital… Hm…" She muttered. She really wanted to be able to be there and help the Supreme Lords… Even to be able to show them her strategic ability at its best~

But well, she would be watching everything from the Marble Palace anyway. If anything happened, she and A-Achernar would be ready to go to the Supreme Lords' aid…

Ugh… Superbia blushed a little at the thought of the Dragonoid, caught off guard, and took out a fan so she could cover her face.

T-That fool…

Neia Baraja groaned as she watched the ocean of dried blood and rotting organs falling from the insides of the long-slain Demihumans.

It was… Well, it was surprising, the scene itself.

She covered her nose… The smell was surprising too… Just in a very bad way.

"… Not even the Demihumans were spared…" A Paladin muttered.

And indeed… The Demons really lived up to their name, killing everything in sight… And the demonic remains in the form of a slightly reddish air that needed to be purified by priests or paladins before they could breathe it just in case, showed how violent they were to leave so many corpses…

They didn't even eat them… It was a slaughter for the sake of killing…

The Demons… They were much worse than the Demihumans… They at least did it to eat… But the Demons did it for the sake of having fun… To kill…

"Don't stop. It will be a long journey, and we will need the Angels of Deorum Regnum to deal with these Demons." Kelart growled, not wanting to pay attention to the carnage caused by the monsters that attacked the Holy Kingdom, and wanting to get out of here as soon as possible… Not only because of the grotesque and morbid sight, but because of the brutally unpleasant smell of rotting flesh.

They expected it to be difficult to pass through this area, which would be full of hungry Demihumans… At least they hoped to be able to go unnoticed for a while… But there was not a soul… Only corpses and pests that came to feast on the carrion…

Well, at least they wouldn't have to fight Demihumans…

She groaned, as her senses were superior to the others, and the smell was more intense than it already was…

The trip was estimated to last more or less a few weeks. First to leave where they were until the border of the Holy Kingdom, which would be one day. And another day to go through the Abelion Mountains…

They planned to go through Re-Estize initially, but Kelart wanted to reach Deorum Regnum as soon as possible.

It was a Kingdom that, apparently, Angels had decided to join of their own free will.

And not only Angels, but even Titania, the Paladin who was said to be as strong as Remedios. It was a surprise to many to see that the adamantite adventurer had left Re-Estize to go to Deorum Regnum.

And considering that her reputation was that of a good, holy and almost divine woman, many saying that she could even be the daughter of one of the great heroes of her kingdom… Well, they had no better option than Deorum Regnum, where such powers were concentrated.

Fortunately, the Demons didn't seem to arrive at the forest… And they didn't seem to be about to, so Neia at least had the assurance, though perhaps false, that her father and mother would be fine…

Originally her father was going to go with them, especially considering that Neia was going. However, after several disputes, it was established that Pabel's presence with the survivors was more important, and that Neia could do the remaining work during the trip sufficiently anyway.

In fact, Miss Remedios was also there, with the survivors, but she was amnesiac… Neia, as a girl who wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and be a paladin, had Remedios Custodio as her idol, her role model, and seeing her in such a confused and submissive state before leaving, was almost disheartening.

Especially since Remedios' sister, Kelart Custodio, considered one of the most powerful priestesses in the nation, had been in a state of decline ever since, being more… Cold and cruel than she normally appeared or would be…

Well, Neia couldn't blame her. If her parents overnight forgot about her, about everything… She would feel very bad too… Especially in a situation as dire as this, where the Holy Queen died, and she was about to leave the country in search of help…

The squire could only sigh, hold her nose, and continue riding. She really didn't want to slow down the group at all, and it was already difficult not being able to interact with anyone due to her eyes and shy nature.

After all, it would be a full week of travel, if not more, where they would have to possibly pass through the Katze Plains or the Great Forest of Tob.

Meanwhile, on the shores of the Southern Holy Kingdom, a powerful rumble alarmed all the inhabitants.

After all, a massive sea serpent… No… A giant Sea Dragon came out in a roar, so powerful, it caused tidal waves.

"YOU DARE TO DESTROY MY KINGDOM AND RUN AWAY!? DAMN COWARD! WOOOAAAAAH!" The Leviathan roared. A soft gurgling sound came from between its jaws, and an ocean of boiling, deep water rushed out at high pressure towards the coastal city.

The citizens of the Southern Holy Kingdom, who boasted that they had not yet been invaded by the Demons, shouted in that city.

"March. March in Her name. In the name of Komodo." The Pope of Sin preached, inciting the demonic army summoned by the Archarchaeologist to charge with more force thanks to the buff the Pope of Sin gave them.

The Demons roared, and destroyed the weak fortress that separated the north from the south of the Holy Kingdom with ease, beginning to slaughter the foolish humans who dared to resist.

The Pope of Sin nodded, thanking Her Majesty for Her divine protection over Her lesser subjects.

Tsaindorcus Vaison growled as he felt Kih'Monyrte's power resurface from the depths of her reign in the sea…

Her leaving her reign meant several things… And one of them wasn't so good.

Well, at least he could maybe use her to attract the Komodo or whoever killed Cakonyiius…

He would keep an eye on him… And at the same time, he had to trust that Rigrit could investigate a bit of Deorum Regnum.

He couldn't see some parts of the kingdom for some reason, mainly the capital.

But he could see that not all places had protections against divination.

However, it seemed very strange to him… There were perfectly built cities… But empty in many places… And other cities were sparsely populated… It was as if they had built everything first, and populated the rest as they could…

Regardless of that, it was a multiracial country, like the Argland Council. Not with the same races, of course, but several.

There were Lizardmen, Ogres, Toadmen, and other races that… Well, some he couldn't identify, like a slightly shorter Elf species with exotic eye and hair colors, and some had insectoid wings.

There were officials who were Liches, strangely enough. Others who were armor or knights who didn't speak…

It was very strange…

But whatever, they didn't seem like a threat. He would just keep a close eye on them because of how sudden they were, and how they seemed to be able to lend military aid to the Argland Council in case the Komodo Demon showed up.

He would have to go with his armor someday, but right now he was busy.

He had heard some military aid from Deorum Regnum to the Draconic Kingdom, especially from 'Golden', the founder of the Draconic Kingdom, and tried to keep up, but wherever the so-called 'army' of Deorum Regnum passed, there were protections that even he couldn't get through…

Well, he would have to get the data later… Ha. It was annoying to be blind after so long. He had only experienced this annoyance with the capital of the Theocracy and the Royal Castle of the Elf Kingdom, and a few other very minor exceptions, but this… This was another level. And it was quite annoying, and even worrying.

At the moment, the clearing of the Beastmen that were devouring the south of the Draconic Kingdom was not relevant.

It would be good for the Draconic Kingdom to remain standing so that it could continue to be able to produce talented heroes or something, but Tsaindorcus was not very interested in it, as it hardly had any really interesting things in itself. And evidently, neither was the founder. He was more happy to fuck anything that moved than to help his own blood…

Of course, from a purely strategic point of view, perhaps it was better to have the Beastmen, as they were superior to humans in many things, including strength and potential. Also, they were easy to 'acquire', as the show of force, which Tsaindorcus had more than enough of, would make them obey. But oh well. This would also show how powerful Deorum Regnum could become.

They may not be as easy to 'use' as the Beastmen, but at least they were powerful allies. Also, he had a good relationship with the adventurer Titania, which he believed was the most valuable thing in the new kingdom. Or well, not exactly good, but positive, as they were comrades in arms on two occasions against the same threat. One that threatens the world.

And speaking of Titania…

"Hm… Deorum Regnum is at war with Re-Estize, and I heard that Titania… I might go watch the battle in my armor at worst… And have a word with her at the same time…" He muttered to himself, looking at his armor on the side.

Well, he would have to warn the others about the rise of Kih'Monyrte, just in case, although he was sure they already knew.

Dont chuckled at the neck kisses her beloved Paladina gave her.

She had been working on something, but Dont decided to go bother her, so she simply entered her office, and sat on Black Abyss's lap.

That alone was enough to make the lil' Angel forget about her work, hug her waist and shower her with cute kisses~

"Mo~ Dovey~ Shouldn't you be doing paperwork~?" She said playfully, caressing her arm with her fingers.

"I don't want to anymore~ I can't do anything but give you my love~" Black Abyss said tenderly, hugging Dont tighter against her, snuggling up to her and continuing her kisses on her neck. "How beautiful and perfect you are~" The enamored Paladin whispered in her ear, returning to her kisses.

"Nn~ Thank you~ You're more beautiful~ So bright~ You blind me and all~" She chuckled, enjoying the praise and kisses, while joking about Black Abyss's glow and blindness, even though Dont is immune to blindness.

"Nono~ My love is more beautiful~ Nothing compares~ My cute kitty~" Black Abyss said as she raised a hand to move Dont's head towards her, letting her kiss her cheek many times.

"D-Don't call me that~ It's embarrassing~" She moaned, ignoring how the pair of maids on duty looked at the scene with rivers of blood running down their noses as they did their best to keep their composure and not be noticed as they stared with stars in their eyes, trying their best to not want to continue admiring the scene…

"Nyo~ I'll call you that now~ Only I will~ My sweet evil kitty~" The Paladin continued, ignoring everything except Dont, the recipient of all her affection.

"Nn~ How affectionate and pretty~" She trembled a little from the pleasure of simply being praised and admired, with her existence as a Demon worshipping the feeling of superiority over Black Abyss' feelings.

It's not like she was going to take advantage of her or anything. A Demon was faithful to its sins. And what greater sin for a Demon than to do what a Demon shouldn't do? It was the ultimate forbidden fruit for a Demon. At least that's what Dont thought. It was still complex how the nature of a Demon worked. It didn't seem like servant Demons were tempted to 'not do what one should do', i.e. disobey orders. It was strange. Maybe it depended on things like whether it was summoned, programmed and such. Something about free will? Meh. Back to the topic~

Black Abyss was her greatest sin~ Her beloved sin~ Her love~ Not only was possessing an Angel adoring her so brutally exciting and thrilling for her demonic being, but loving, doing something a normal Demon wouldn't do, something that only the one above sin and the silliness of Demons, a Demon Queen, would do, was divine~ Or well, evil you could say.

The Daemon looked to the side, seeing the pair of maids.

She obviously recognized them.

The one from Black Abyss, was Botis.

And Dont's was Beleth, an Oni, a short one. With long white hair tied in two pigtails on the sides, a white headband, two cute horns sprouting from her forehead with a brown tip, blood red eyes, pointy ears, sharp teeth, with a fang protruding from the upper jaw outside the lip, as if she were a typical Vampire rather than an Oni, and finally, a very... lewd French maid outfit really, with the bust part open so that her two large... Ejem, melons, were exposed to the world, only covered by what seemed to be the top of a white bikini. Back to the clothes, it was dark blue, with the rest white as a French maid should be, with a yellow bow on her neck, a sinfully short skirt, showing her long, thick thighs halfway down, where there were long white stockings up to some cute brown shoes.

{Beleth PNG}

Sure, there was a noticeable difference in one of them. Botis. She was a Fallen Angel… And she was from Titania's new latent forces.

After all, thanks to the countless corpses, Botis had been leveling up from using her racial ability, now being… Well, Dont believed she was level 34 now or something, which was why she was dressed in a black dress, black gloves, a necklace with a ruby, and a black silk scarf instead of a maid dress. It was combat gear basically, instead of the dataless outfits of maids. A refresher in case anyone forgets in Dont's schizophrenic mind that he sometimes thinks she's in a book or novel or something.

{Botis PNG}

Beleth, on the other hand, was an Oni, and it was still in the process of being able to level up entities like that.

At the moment, several Maids, the Mikos, and other entities on Titania, would be unable to level up in the near future. But Carmellitian, Quasimodon't, Bachelory, etc, were researching ways to change that.

"Hey~ Look at me~" Black Abyss snapped her out of her thoughts, grabbing her leg and sitting her sideways on his lap, while giving the Demon a kiss on the corner of her lips.

"Mo~ I was just thinking about how much Botis improved thanks to our discovery~" He muttered between smiles.

After all, Botis should already be at the level of an Orichaldo-level adventurer or even Adamantite. She went down a route according to her rating in the Goetia, that is, Princess Botis, a poisoner.

Sure, as a Fallen Angel, she could never have the Princess Botis class, being from the series of classes only available to Demons and derivatives of this race, but hey, it was fun to follow the themes. They had a total of 50 Maids, and therefore, the first 50 classes of the Ars Goetia based on the first 50 Demons of the same, would be used.

Well, Dont already had the Princess Bael class, the same one that the Maid of the same name went for, but oh well.

"It's okay~ But now think more of me~" The Paladin said while tenderly rubbing her cheek against Dont's, making her laugh.

She had noticed not only how affectionate and loving Black Abyss was now, which she loved~ But also noticing how jealous and possessive she was~ Once she hugged her, she didn't want to let her go~ Dont just had to surrender to the divine cataclysm of kisses and affection that her little dove was going to give her~

"Fu~ Okay~" She chuckled, accepting the kisses with joy, while taking a quick look at the papers on Black Abyss's table.

They were things about the war at first glance, but they were more documents of reforms that would be made in the territories that could be claimed in the process of taking Carne and maybe E-Rantel.

"Do you need some help with that?" She asked pointing at the papers. She could call Mimosa or Bachelory.

The first one was doing paperwork for Dont in her absence, and the second one was managing Titania and other things.

"I told you to think about me~" This time, the Paladin's kisses went to Dont's lips, like a reprimand in quick and pretty little pecks~

"Nn~ But we're about to have a war, Dove~" Dont grumbled without really complaining at the Angel's love. "You know I'm not against having you in my head 24/7~ You don't have to be so possessive~ It's not like someone's going to steal me~" She smiled lovingly at her. It's not like she really minded her lover being possessive of her~ Rather, she loved it. She adored yanderes. She was one herself really. It's just that, well, Black Abyss wanted to be the 'yandere' full time~ So she'd let her be~ Additionally, if Dont went into yandere mode, someone was going to die, or at least be sent to Carmellitian.

However, the thought of Dont being stolen by whatever, whoever, or whatever at all… Made the Paladin growl in possessiveness and jealousy, hugging the Demon Queen tighter as she got somewhat aggressive. Not in a bad way, of course~

Their cute little kisses turned into a possessive french kiss, straight to the Demon Queen's mouth~

"Mm~ T-There are people watching, corazón~ {Sweetie~}" She laughed between kisses, with Botis having to lean against the wall to keep from falling while holding her nose, and Beleth being so red as to be the same color as the blood falling on her sister of another race while smiling in a mix of lewd adoration and excitement… That Hanzel…

Black Abyss cut the kiss for a moment, hugging Dont very close to her.

"Okay~ Let them see and tell everyone that you're mine~ Only mine~ And I'm yours~" With a wide smile he said, panting before kissing her possessively again~

"Fu~ I don't think it's necessary~ All of Titania already knows how much we love each other now~" The Demon Queen smiled with amusement and much, much love. "Right, girls~?" She asked towards the duo of maids, who only nodded vigorously as they stood up and took more dignified positions.

Still, both of them stumbled when Black Abyss grabbed Dont's ass with one hand, squeezing her flesh and sinking her fingers into it with the same feeling of possession.

Dont licked the Demon's lips, staring at her, being the only thing she wanted to see~

"Fu~ Fine~ Come here~" The Shooter laughed, and began returning the kisses intensely.

Botis and Beleth witnessed something quite lewd for a long while, before a servant had to come in to leave more paperwork, and Dont forced herself between Black Abyss's grip to deal with the papers.

They had a war to deal with anyway… But all was fair in war and love~ Does the sentence make sense here? Maybe not, but Dont and Black Abyss definitely didn't care if she did.
