Chapter 31 - Someone in the car?

Arriving at the cafeteria I saw Tiago at one of the tables, Arno and Lívia were sitting there.

Lívia talked more animatedly while Arno remained silent, seeming to pay a little attention and Tiago listened more attentively.

Something I paid more attention to was whether one of these two had an interest in Tiago, but at least I didn't feel it in an obvious way. Even though Livia is a sub-orc, relationships between orcs and sub-orcs happen nowadays although they are more unusual and the Orc and the sub-Orc are more the norm given the animal instinct that interferes even more compared to normal worlds that I have lived in, it is similar with the attraction of omegas and alphas, but in a less oppressive and forced way given the absence of pheromones as evident as this type of world had.

Remembering my experience in a world with this type of structure I still feel a chill running down my spine, I was a dominant omega which made dealing with all types of Alphas irritating... and even though I inherited the pheromone from that time, control is much more powerful and the effect is smaller and unless I increase it and use it deliberately as I did during the battle, it will not be felt, in fact it ended up becoming like another "skill" of mine.

Of course, like other specific perks, I deliberately hide them as they are not obvious and I will hardly reveal or use them with others in order to allow others to notice.

For this world of sub-orcs and orcs, there is only a very light pheromone that not everyone feels, especially because they sometimes use perfumes to disguise it, and which has the effect of differentiating between groups and not generating attraction or worse effects as it was. in that world.

"Alex here!!" And removing my thoughts I heard Tiago's voice and I headed towards the table, ignoring the other looks.

I touched Tiago's head and greeted the other two.

When Lívia saw me arrive, she smiled and spoke.

"Glad you're here, Alex. I was going to ask Tiago how his first class was, so how was yours?"

Hearing the question I answered first.

"A simple health and treatment class was good. Also…I would say there was an interesting colleague…she could be a good member of the team you want to create"

She heard this and her eyes lit up.

"Serious??"

"Yes, but I'm still going to evaluate it and get to know it better. So calm down"

Her character seemed good, she was an orc of a less troublesome subtype, her uniform also had a symbol of military combat strength.

With Lívia who is in the medical team, Tiago in engineering and Arno and Luana in combat, although as a criterion for creating a basic team only one combat team is mandatory, at least two are recommended in general, and if it is the Depending on the strength/combat performance of the rest of the team, especially support, the team's application may be rejected.

After saying this to her, I looked at Tiago.

"Well, how was it?"

He heard the question directed at him. His eyes seemed to shine as he began his explanation.

"It was still a lot at first, but it was super fun!! Studying the structure of Mechs, the possibilities of materials... energy systems, weapons and other aspects, even just the introduction I found very fun. The teachers are cool too! And although there were some students who were a little arrogant…most were kind to me."

Listening to him speak I smiled despite having frowned for a second when he spoke about the arrogant, but I pretended that I didn't hear Tiago solve his problems and only when he asks me for help will I help.

"Yes brother. I'm going to dinner with some friends from my class tonight." Tiago said and warned me.

"Okay, I also have plans today." I spoke with a smile, remembering what I marked with the little and… the "big" tiger.

"Good!" And after that we started to share some things about the classes and Lívia and Arno gave some of their experiences as veterans and general tips and after eating we said goodbye and each one went to their remaining classes.

The night after school days I went into my space and took a light shower and after that, I wore a comfortable burgundy red sweater and dark green pants, I adjusted my long hair a little and looked at my smart bracelet.

[Leo: Squirrel, the car is below, you can go down, it is outside the university in the unloading zone.]

I frowned at the name he called...I feel like he's becoming more and more intimate and bold. But for some reason I didn't bother. And as someone who has lived a long time/lives as long as it doesn't bother me I'd rather not devote thought and energy to something like that.

That's why I just responded.

[A: Ok, I'll go down]

I left my room, Arno was in his room resting and I didn't disturb him by saying anything, going straight out of the room towards the car.

When I got there I saw the car, with a black hood with a discreet icy blue color, highly technological and looking different from other cars.

The car itself was isolated given the time and there were no people nearby.

And what surprised me is that there seemed to be someone already inside the car….

And that's when I hesitated for a moment wondering if it was really that car, I saw the door being opened and long legs coming out of the car and walking towards me.
