As the announcement came, a red portal appeared under my feet. I was quickly teleported back to the ORC room along with Welt.

A sudden red shadow tackled me, embracing me in a warm hug. "Thank you, Otto," said Rias with a heartfelt tone in her voice.

"No problem, Red," I replied as I returned the hug.

After a few seconds of hugging, she let go, this time her eyes looking at me in a predatory way.

"Otto~" she said with a smile.

Oh no...

"Otto! What was that?!" Rias said with stars in her eyes.

"Watchu mean, Rias?" I feigned ignorance.

"You know what I mean, Otto! You pulled a Domain Expansion!!" Excitement was evident in her voice.

Does she want me to teach her how to do it? Gurl can't even master her own overpowered ability of destruction to begin with. What makes her think she can pull off a Domain Expansion? I rolled my eyes at her and decided to ignore the red-head Chihuahua.

"What about you, Welt? Had fun?" I asked my friend who was standing next to me.

"Well... I guess it was fun playing with them for a bit," he admitted, sharing my same love of sadism.

"Fufufu just admit that you're like me~" Welt rolled his eyes at me.

"I'm nothing like you, you sadistic moron."

"Ugh, you hurt my feelings!" I held my chest as if I was in pain.

*Bam!*

The door to the room suddenly swung wide open, revealing a beaten-up Riser who was being supported by Ravel as they entered the room.

He seemed fine and had no wounds, but I could tell he was beyond tired.

In fact, I'm surprised that he woke up so soon after expending all his demonic energy.

Looking around the room, his eyes set on me, and he began to slowly walk towards me while Ravel supported his body with her arm around him.

As he finally reached me, a silent staring contest started between us until he broke the awkward silence. "Thank you, Otto," he said with a tired smile.

The others in the room didn't react much, besides Rias, whose mouth was wide open with disbelief.

"Hoh, for what?" I couldn't help but ask. I could tell that he wasn't thanking me for the ass-whooping, domain expansion, or the class promotion.

"For helping me remember what was important to me," his eyes lingered on Ravel, who was worriedly keeping him standing up, probably concerned that he might collapse from exhaustion.

Hmm, I see, so that was his mental block, to remember why he became strong to begin with. He did it for his sister's admiration.

Fufu, that's cute.

At least I hope they don't go down the Yosuga No Sora route.

I wouldn't doubt it if they did, since devils practice incest and marry their cousins despite being so close in blood for politics and keeping the bloodline pure.

"No prob, Fire Chicken. I'm just glad to see you change so much," I replied with a smile.

I could see Riser's mouth twitching at the Fire Chicken comment but decided to stay quiet in fear of me shoving my foot up his ass and out his mouth.

He then turned to Rias. "And, Rias. As per the agreement, you are free from our engagement. I also want to apologize for the way I have been acting all this time," Riser gave a small apologetic bow.

Rias looked at him in confusion, various emotions flashed through her face, although the most prominent one was a troubled expression. Taking a deep breath, she looked back at Riser. "It is fine, I forgive you. I'm just glad that Otto's beating helped you better your personality,"

Rias said. A smile dawned upon Riser's face, probably glad that things finished as they did.

Haaaa~ at least this is done, now I just have to deal with the Pendragons, holy swords, and the Herrschers. I should make a meeting soon with the others.

Ah!, wait

I suddenly swung my fist toward Riser's face, Riser didn't have time to react as my fist made contact square on his face.

*Bam*

Riser violently flew and smashed on the wall, knocking him out cold as Ravel looked at his brother in horror.

"That for, Rita" Yes he changed but I'm a very, very, very, very, petty man. He asked for it when he made me bet Rita on the rating game. Originally I was going to put his head on a stake but I felt generous today.

-3rd POV-

/Day after Rating Game/Shicksal Headquarters/Hyperion/

In a dimly lighted room, three figures sat around a circular table.

"What is the meeting about, Otto?" asked Arthur, he was suddenly called along with his sister, Le Fay, for a surprise meeting.

"It's about the Pendragons," Otto answered curtly, cutting straight to the point.

'So it's almost time,' thought Arthur grimly.

He was already aware of Otto's plans against the Pendragons along with the grudge he held against them.

Originally, he was reluctant to involve himself in this matter, but he was reminded of his parents, especially since their father, Uther Pendragon, was the head of the house.

There was no way that he wouldn't be involved in the slaughter. And thus, he made a deal with Otto.

Arthur and Le Fay would show their support and help as long as he didn't slaughter certain individuals, which included their mother, the few good Pendragons, small children, the servants, and their father.

Otto agreed to everything except that last one; he refused to spare their father as he was the one who had been keeping the unspoken law "Lower Houses as slaves" to not lose support from other Pendragons.

Arthur and Le Fay wanted to convince him not to do so, but they failed miserably.

They didn't want to, but they understood him.

The old Pendragon wouldn't truly die unless they got rid of their father. And even if they wanted to stop him, they wouldn't be able to, as both Arthur and Le Fay knew that they stood no chance against him.

It would be a pointless struggle. And so they agreed to help as long as he kept his promise. What they didn't know was that Otto was already planning to spare the younger generation so that he could add them to Schicksal's force.

As long as they were young enough, he could brainwash them to be loyal to him. Of course, he wasn't planning to spare any of the young masters in the Pendragon clan; it would be too troublesome to train and brainwash them, even if he had [Fenghuang Down].

The door to the room suddenly slid open, and Kevin walked in with his usual cold demeanor.

"Did you call?"

"Yes, my dear friend, come and sit down. The time is coming soon for them Pendriggers to fall," Otto said with a cheerful smile that shouldn't be said with that line.

"..." (Arthur)

"..." (Le Fay)

Noticing the reaction of the Pendragon siblings, Otto smiled wryly at them. "Of course not you two, you're cool," he said with a nod.

They both rolled their eyes, not feeling any better by his reassurance.

Kevin took a seat at the table. He was excited as he was nervous, and the room's atmosphere didn't help at all.

"So are we going to start?" (Kevin)

"We're still waiting for one more person," (Otto)

Right on cue, a purple mist manifested in the room. As it finally grew big enough, a figure came out that surprised both Arthur and Le Fay.

"Ana?" said Le Fay in surprise.

"Lady Le Fay?" Ana was equally surprised when she saw both the son and daughter of the Pendragon family heads that had disappeared so long ago, the very ones that they were going to raze to the ground.

"So you two are acquainted? Good, we can skip introductions," Otto clapped his hands as the huge screen in the room lit up.

It was a... PowerPoint presentation.

The title being

"How to take down the Pendragons/Otto Style;)-By: Otto Apocalypse."

"..." (Everyone)

they were speechless that his master plan to take down the most prominent and strongest clan in Europe would be presented on PowerPoint.

Of course, Otto intentionally made it this way as the Pendragons weren't worth the effort to make a good presentation with Schicksal's advanced editing and presentation software.
