Supremacy

7:30 AM

Instead of leaving, Dominion and Death still wander on the fourth floor.

"Why are we still here? Where are we going now?"

"I need another body. While instructing, I identified cadets with great potential, and among them, there's someone with an extremely unique constitution..."

"Oh... Do you still need to control someone? You must be in bad shape!"

Dominion ignores her and calmly walks towards the female dormitory.

'Room 3000.'

He pauses in front of Leya's room, and only after a few moments, he places his hand on the door to open it.

After entering, Dominion heads towards the bedroom with Death following. At that moment, Leya is still asleep. After approaching her, he places a hand on her head, and after a while, he is sucked into her without her realizing.

The confirmation of gaining control over her body is manifested by the change in hair color, from jet black to ashy white.

He then opens his eyes and gets up from the bed.

"Now we can leave... My job here is done!"

Death smiles and nods.

Suddenly, Dominion raises his right hand and brings it to his mouth.

Death looks at him perplexed, and Dominion himself makes a doubtful face.

"Go where?" Dominion says quietly.

"We'll go to Famine, right? Then, even without your help, I've already decided to save War on my own..."

Dominion looks at Death with a puzzled expression.

"It wasn't me talking... It was her."

Death tilts her head as if confusion is too heavy a burden for her neck.

Dominion smiles as his hand continues to touch her mouth and says: "It's the first time this has happened to me; I'm excited."

"Are you a demon? Do you want to control my body?" Leya's voice shows no emotion.

Death looks increasingly puzzled because from her perspective, she only sees Dominion talking to himself.

He doesn't answer her immediately and simply stares at Death. Later he says: "I can't fully control her."

"Have you really weakened that much?" Death says with disappointment.

Dominion sits on the bed and talks to Leya:"Let me control your body, and in the future, I'll allow you to see him again..."

After a few seconds, Leya replies:"Are you the demon who killed him?"

"No."

"Then who are you?"

"Does it matter?"

"No... But if I find out you lied, I'll kill you."

Meanwhile, Death, having understood the situation, says:"Do you also compromise with humans? Have you really fallen so low?"

Finally, Dominion gains complete control of the body and gets up from the bed.

"Outside the academy, there are some Heroes patrolling the area to find you... Let's go; I'll show you what this girl can do."

Death starts to smile and says: "So, do we kill them?"

"Yeah, I've changed plans... now our goal is to make them alarmed."

At that moment, demonic energy surrounds Dominion's body, replacing Leya's pajamas with a white variant of the academy uniform.

Finally, they leave the room and take the elevator, which calmly brings them to the ground floor.

...

.....

The Hero Mei discussed with President Yu Yato about the events on the plane, leading him to mobilize many Heroes to hunt down the demon known as Deborah. The demon had jumped from the plane near the capital, and with the help of surveillance cameras, they tracked her movements to finally locate her.

The next morning, President Yu Yato sent two teams of Heroes to Fort Academy. They arrested Maria Ross, with one team taking her away and the other remaining in the vicinity to oversee the area.

The remaining team consisted of five S-rank Heroes, the highest level an Hero could achieve. Although not the strongest, they were the only available team at the time and deemed more than sufficient to eliminate a high-ranking demon.

Dominion and Death entered the academy gate, encountering three Heroes.

"It's her! That's Deborah!" One of them, Hero Phil, recognized Death from Mei's description.

Dominion looked at Death in confusion upon hearing this, but she pretended not to notice.

Hero Philip then noticed Dominion and warned:"Hey you! Get away from there, she's a demon, she'll kill you!"

Meanwhile, the second Hero, Lupos, used his whip on Dominion, dragging his arm towards him. The third Hero, Kleos, gripped his sword with both hands and, staying about twenty meters away, swung it towards Death.

Death remained motionless, extending a hand to block the energy attack generated by the sword.

"What is this demonic energy? Hmm... Snake demon?" Death muttered to herself, while anger begins to build up within her.

Hero Kleos looked at her with concern and brought his hand to his ear, saying:"Sofia! Hit her! Come on!"

Hero Sofia, positioned on a hill about a kilometer away, responded:"Strange Kleos... you told me you'd defeat her easily, hehe." She smirked, preparing to shoot an arrow infused with demon power.

Despite the considerable distance, she could see Death clearly through her highly technological glasses, allowing her to see up to three thousand kilometers away. With the arrow aimed at Death, she menacingly said:"Try blocking this!" So she release the arrow.

It accelerated every ten meters, closing in on Death rapidly.

Meanwhile, Death, smiling, teleported just as the arrow was about to reach her, reappearing a few meters from Hero Sofia.

Holding the arrow, Death said disgustedly:"This energy... Is it the Hornet demon?"

Hero Sofia, surprised by her voice, turned towards her, realizing Death was looking at her with disdain.

Death then scolded:"How dare you use the energy of us demons?" Despite her childlike appearance, Death exerted immense pressure, forcing Hero Sofia to kneel and rendering her powerless.

Death approached slowly, snatching the bow from her hands and shattering it into pieces. She then reached for the subdued Sofia to do the same, but someone attacked Death from behind, successfully beheading her with a swing.

The Hero, hidden behind a rock, shows himself and protected his comrade.

After decapitating Death, he approached the lifeless body and, devoid of any empathy for her childlike appearance, shouted:"Now you're dead! Damn demon, you're dead!"

Death's head rolled in front of Sofia, traumatizing her as she stared in fear.

"Ahahahahahahaahahahahahahha. It's amusing! IT'S AMUSING!"

Sofia witnessed the severed head emitting hearty laughter, sending shivers down her spine.

Death's body rises to its feet and delivers a powerful kick to the swordsman, sending him flying for dozens of meters until he crashes against a house wall below the elevated terrain.

Picking up his sword left on the ground, Death approaches his own head. She takes it in her free hand and puts it back in place, instantly regrowing his vibrant red hair.

Sofia, terror-stricken, incredulously shouts: "What are you?! Damn you!"

Without saying a word, Death slowly raises the sword, pointing it towards the sky, reminiscent of Kon's move seen in the Bakuro forest.

Sofia, paralyzed, can only helplessly witness the unfolding events.

With determination, Death lowers the sword and strikes the Hero with a tremendously powerful slash. The energy generated by the attack completely destroys the Hero's body, but it doesn't stop there. The attack generates a violent shockwave, creating a crater with a half-kilometer diameter from the point of impact, extending for a few hundred meters.

Immediately after, Death angrily destroys the sword. He turns towards the swordsman thrown some tens of meters away, noticing his dying state, and then vanishes, returning to the others.

The duration of this battle precisely lasted 36 seconds.

...

The three heroes are frightened to see Death unharmed right in front of them. They've heard what happened through their earpieces, so they've already considered the death of the two heroes.

Hero Phipil exclaims: "Damn monster!" As he points his lance at her.

Death ignores him and, looking in his direction, begins to stare at Dominion, then says to him: "If you don't hurry to show me what you can do, I'll kill them myself..."

Hero Lupos is overwhelmed with concern: 'Could that girl also be a demon?'

Dominion looks at his hands and starts generating electrical discharges confined within his palms.

The three heroes gaze at her in surprise, then simultaneously move away from her, realizing she's also a demon.

Meanwhile, the discharges intertwine, forming a sphere of at least one meter in diameter. Dominion continues to compress it until it's reduced to a few centimeters in size.

Holding the sphere in one hand, Dominion points with the other to the three heroes who had already distanced themselves by about fifty meters.

As seconds pass, all three realize they are being moved by an invisible force, drawing them back towards Dominion. They get closer and closer, and despite having moved in different directions, once they reach a distance of ten meters from Death, they are now grouped together.

So Dominion release the sphere towards them. It's so small that they don't even see it coming.

As soon as it makes contact with them, the sphere explodes, delivering the force of millions of electrical discharges, ultimately reducing them to dust.

Dominion then looks at Death, who shows a particular satisfaction for that attack.

"Now we can leave." Concludes Dominion.

...

The battle, against five of the best heroes, lasted just under three minutes.
