I didn't answer and simply stared at the man. 

I could see him clearly though —his smirk, his relaxed posture, and the nonchalant way with which he stood as if he owned the place infuriated me. My pulse quickened, and heat rose within me, sharp and potent, like fire igniting in my veins.

"How dare you touch her?!" I roared, my voice reverberating through the dimly lit cave.

Fueled by pure rage, I charged at him, the world around me fading. My fist was about to strike his jaw when, in an instant, he caught my hand. Without flinching, he simply smiled a calculated smirk that set my blood boiling. 

Before I could make my next move, he twisted my wrist and struck back with a punch of his own. Pain shot through my cheek, fueling even more anger. We were just two bodies in a frenzy, fists flying and grunts of effort slipping from our lips, the chaos within me spilling out into a physical confrontation.
