"It's your brother! He doesn't want to make a move. He treats me and the kids fine but he doesn't want to cross the line with me.
I am guessing that it's because I broke things off with him before but haven't we moved past that already?" Lui sighed in frustration.
Lan looked at his friend who had his brows furrowed in frustration. "If you know that what you did is what is stopping him from proposing again, then why don't you take the initiative?"
