"Wow, apparently you didn't have it easy. One more who has fallen in front of that woman's cruelty..."
"I'm going to ignore the clear mockery in what you just said Miroku, but if you talk like that, you must know who she was?"
Walking side by side through a moderately cleared spot in the forest, Miroku and Asahiko begin to talk quietly as they approach the hut in which Inuyasha's group rests.
"Kagura... an extension of Naraku and a demon that controls the wind."
"I see, it was because of the distortion in the air that she was able to find me, though I managed to erase my scent, noise and image thanks to my illusions. Was she also the one who left Inuyasha in that state?"
Shaking his head at Asahiko's words, Miroku guides his gloved hand to his chin and begins to talk about the events of the past.
"A few days ago we fell into her trap while tracking a pearl fragment, in short it was a first confrontation and we emerged victorious from that encounter. The second time we encountered her it didn't go so well, as you can see..."
*crash* *crash* *crash*.
"Come on, don't fall into depression~ hahaha joke, joke. But it would be great if you went to the point, I don't want to run into such a surprise again."
Although Asahiko's words remain warm, anyone can notice the serious tone within, making them seem extremely odd to any listener.
"Ha... Naraku has another extension and her name is Kanna. To describe her easily: she looks like a girl, with no expression on her face, black eyes and white hair, adorned with flowers. Her clothing consists of a simple Kimono with sandals."
"So she was the one who hit Inuyasha, though from the way you describe her she doesn't seem to be a physical fighter. Perhaps a skill, a weapon, or she specializes in ranged attacks?"
As Asahiko's thoughts escape his mouth aloud, Miroku stops suddenly before leaning against a tree and firing off the question he's been holding back all this time.
"Did Kikyo really give the shards to Naraku?"
"Yes~ hahaha. Were you surprised by my direct acceptance? Relax, before you form any opinions about her actions I recommend you talk to Inuyasha. I'm just telling you, but he was with her when I started fighting with Kagura and maybe he'll tell you why."
Slightly mocking Miroku who was captured due to his ease in responding, Asahiko walks past him and then begins to slow down as he sees that this one isn't following him.
Minutes later.
Christopher/Asahiko pov
"I've arrived!"
Slamming sideways the bamboo curtain with my right arm and rushing into the hut without a care in the world, I find myself face to face with Inuyasha, no rather eyes to eyes, as the poor bastard is lying in a pile of hay.
"You... damn what are you doing, ahgd."
"Sorry. did that hurt?"
Letting a smile grow on my face as I watch as he is easily silenced by being hit in one of his wounds, I retract my fan from there before speaking again while ignoring his spiteful look.
"You look awful my friend. I thought they were just minor injuries, since you got them from a girl... But uff you're completely mangled."
"It was my own skill that did this to me!"
"You know that doesn't make it sound any better. right?"
Feigning a face of pure pity and seeing his face look like a tomato, either from anger or embarrassment, I let a nasty smile spread across my face. Finishing waiting for him to swallow all that anger, soon Inuyasha's eyes grow wide, before he finally asks the most obvious question.
"Wait... What are you doing here!
"Congratulations you finally realized that I'm real and that I hit you in a wound. Anyway, to answer your question I've come along with Kikyo obviously."
Seeing how his face twists for a few seconds and how he seems to want to gather what little strength he has left so jump towards me, I close my fan again before hitting him in another wound. This causes him to go quiet and I even thought I saw his face flinch for a few seconds, though he returns to normal in an instant to protect his honor.
"What are you doing to him!"
There's someone sleeping next door, more respect please~"
"Yeah right, not who. wait if you forced your way in, because I'm being reprimanded and leave Inuyasha alone!"
Withdrawing my fan that was lightly pressing Inuyasha's wound, I turn around to see Miroku and Kagome who have just entered the hut. Looking at the situation inside, Miroku simply shrugs his shoulders as if he was expecting something like this and continues on his way to the other person who is injured.
"Stop right there Libertine monk and get away from Sango!"
"Whew, a little more and you make it Miroku. Too bad you have to take care of this thing now."
"You don't know how I'm going to enjoy it."
Making the most reluctant face I've ever seen and giving little Shippo a death glare, Miroku the big monk walks towards us with a smile that is not a smile.
"You don't talk to me like I'm a thing! Wait! Miroku! Hagsvd!"
With Inuyasha babbling as he is forcibly laid down on the bed, a Miroku looking angry but arduously doing his duty to heal him and Shippo who is chuckling sideways, I turn around to see Kagome.
"Overwhelmed by my beauty did you just blush hahaha how pure, though you'll make him jealous if you get so plastered with my face."
Using my right hand to shake my blonde hair sideways and pointing at poor Inuyasha who is rolling around on his bed, I give a smile to Kagome who has a red face, most likely from anger, before moving to the side as I see her rush past me.
"And one more joins the fray."
"Oh, that means you have rivals on this battlefield too, Inuyasha. What a pity..."
"Ajahwb!"
Completely ignoring the strange noises Inuyasha makes as he is pressed against the bed and the small cold sighs as he is bandaged all over his body, the day slowly begins to march forward.
