As if her health isn't already a problem, she is getting spasms of pain in her entire body.
"Are you feeling better?"
Amy woke up to Alabaster's voice.
"I'm sorry. I should've thought the process would be painful."
"What process?" Amy asked weakly.
"I captured Boris Butch."
Ah, that makes sense. The worm was used.
"Why did it hurt though? It didn't work when I used it on you." Amy whimpered.
"You see, the worm was a bit injured, but it healed up nicely as it successfully took over Boris."
Amy struggled in her bed. "Injured? What the hell did you do?" Amy tried to sit up, but she is far too weak and exhausted to try.
"He was suspicious of me and attacked me with the worm in my hand and it injured the worm, but I succeeded but the process is taking time."
"Ugh, I should have expected that our connection isn't one way. But does that mean you feel it too?"
"I'm perfectly fine. It seems that the worms work independently off of our own bodies when transferred."
"I see."
"We are down one worm now. You should start feeling a magic overdose by now. You will need to work on adjusting on it."
"I plan on it." she sarcastically replied.
The door opens with her parents coming in. Amy took notice of the doctor near her bedside.
"It seems that your daughter's magic has awakened to become more powerful. I... do not know what to make of this."
"Is it dangerous?"
"Oh no, she is physically fine though she might have to let all this excess magic out until her body naturally adjusts to it."
Despite the relief, there is some obvious looks of worry.
"Mother, father, I feel better now."
Both her parents are on the verge of tears but held herself back from crying as Amy looks strong.
"I wanted to ask you when I came to your room if I could go to Fiore and see Great-grandpa Ole."

Boris has been silent since he converted to their side. According to Alabaster, he is still adjusting much longer to purge his mind of anything unnecessary and so far, he's just speaking gibberish. His character and theirs were vastly different after all.
Amy looked at the solid figure as it menacingly stared at her. Ever since she collapsed, the hallucination turned hostile. She cannot get used to how her hallucinations are hard to differentiate than in real life, but Alabaster gave her medicine to cope with this. She is reaching the point where the world around her is dull and doesn't even want to see any one anymore.
The servants seemed happy that she no longer has an episode but were unnerved by her silence and irritability as she began to push everyone away. According to Alabaster, it is a side effect but that was on the doctor's advice. He also said that she might lash out in violence in the future. Hopefully, it doesn't come to this.
In addition, her senses are becoming more unreliable. Everything she lay eyes on is bright even at night and she can hear voices that give her a sensory overload. Her sense of touch seems to be the only thing she can trust as she makes requests to touch the hands of people she came across, so she knows if they are real or not. She cut her thoughts and feelings off from Alabaster sometimes just to have a sense of peace and quiet though he didn't appreciate that.
"How are you feeling?" an accented voice asked.
"I feel tired Boris. The curtains are closed, and the room is dark now yet, I can still see the little things." she said out loud.
"Who do you see? Is it Tyler?"
"No, I haven't seen Tyler for a while now."
She looked to her left to see the figure standing there with a blank look on her face before it turned ugly and lashed out. "You are a spiteful, evil cockroach who likes to trot like a princess." She looked away, letting this hallucination baselessly scream her head off. "It's Violet. She's screaming at me again, calling me an evil cockroach."
"I can see that she is quite a screamer. I'm afraid that I can't give you a cure to get rid of this."
Amy is aware that this is all in her head but still, all these screams, insults and provocative nature is hurtful and brain numbing.
"Thank you, doctor. You are actually pretty nice when you are not the Doctor Boris I knew."
The figure is quite pleasantly plump and had a mustache like a stereotypical villain who likes to tie his victims onto train tracks.
"Well, I haven't gotten to that stage yet. If you left me alone for at least another year on my first year in exile then I would be on track on becoming an evil scientist."
Boris Butch, born as an illegitimate child of a Hekaton noble and a prostitute, he proved to be much more intelligent than his half-siblings but because of his lowly background, he isn't eligible to succeed his father and studied to become a doctor then worked in the royal palace but because of palace intrigue, he was not only fired from the job but exiled from the capital. He wandered around and settled somewhere where he decides to plan his revenge for years by creating the Parasitical Worms that transform anyone into clones of his to control which he initially used on unsuspecting travelers, unleashed onto the Hekaton army, and it spread worldwide.
Yes, he is one of the major antagonists in the Story of Aron and the most depraved villain.
Amy thought it might be a good idea for him to change his look and for her to hear his voice before meeting him because she might attack him thinking he is the villain.
Unlike the worms she used, his are infectious and all the clones are basically brain-dead zombies. Even a touch from one of these guys will result in turning into a zombie. Nathaniel lost his arm after coming in contact with them then died at the end of the apocalypse. Leon with his ability had wiped out many hordes of zombies by himself although it was quite draining for him. As for Boris, he would have succeeded too if it weren't for Rufus. He disapproves of Boris because of his character, not because of his motive.
When she got to this world, she remembered how he made it in the first place and with her construction ability, she was able to make them too but made it in a way that instead of making them brainless, they would retain their knowledge and personality and serve her. The problem is that they require a lot of magic to retain their intelligence so unlike Boris, she could only make three that require high maintenance care while he just mass produced his easily without magic.
Boris is the first person she intended to convert though she knew that she had to wait for that to happen but when Alabaster came into the picture, she knew that an opportunity has risen for her and got Boris several years much sooner than she had initially planned. Despite trying to feel happy, she felt neutral, neither feeling successful nor pleased with herself.
Other than this, admittedly, ingenious creation, he doesn't have any other notable skills except his medical knowledge including how to treat mental illness. His magic skills are basic, and he has no skill in combat.
"How is your magic?" he asked.
"It's a bit too much actually. I think I need to let it out."
"Yes, you do. But you must be careful. Do not let it out all at once." Boris warns cautiously.
Amy went on her daily jog and noticed a large inconspicuous tree stump and saw Violet sitting there, glaring at her while screaming at her. Wanting to let out some steam, she pointed at the stump and… BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
blew up the entire area in a three-meter radius.
Amy seemed surprised at her strength and gaped at the damage she created, "Oops,"
"What did you do?!" Anna shrieked.
"I blew up something up."
"You blew up the warehouse!"
"Warehouse?"
After adjusting her eyes, she could see the empty warehouse meant to stock for the winter but strangely, it might be a hallucination, but she could see two unconscious people who do not look like they belong in these grounds.
Anna paled and quickly carried Amy up, running back to the mansion at full speed.
