A scream pierced through the mansion as she experienced the pain of being stabbed in her lower abdomen on both sides. Her head hurts and she can't breathe.
I am a killer. I am a murderer. I let that poor child die. I deserve to die.
"Kill me!" she screamed in agony as the maids prevented her from hurting herself. Everyone stared with both fear and distraught. No one knows what to do.
She was hugged/restrained by both her parents and as quickly as she was screaming bloody murder, she collapsed. Her father cast a spell on her to sleep.
"Oh, no. What is happening to her?" Her mother weeped.
"None of the doctors know what is wrong with her."
In the corner of her eye, she saw a hallucination, obscured and difficult to make out as ever. At first she thought it was Tyler coming out to haunt her but she is absolutely sure she knows who that is now.

She felt the sensation of sinking but is lacking the energy or drive to get herself out of it.
Then a voice called out to her.
"Mom, wake up."
She closed her eyes and finally let sleep take over.

"Oh god! This is all my fault forgetting your daily dosage." Alabaster said in alarm.
"It's not your fault. You are far too busy though I admit that this is the worst one yet." she mumbled in her head. She could tell Alabaster settling in quite nicely while she is at her desk working on her schoolwork as quickly as possible. His past as a cult leader works on charming the right people and attributing to the success of the business. She cannot blame him for forgetting. "Please tell me you got that damn doctor." she asked in an almost pleading tone.
"I finally got his attention. It seems he is interested in your meridian sensor. It is only a matter of time before I could finally meet him in person."
Amy groaned as she put aside her finished essay. None of the doctors know what is wrong with her and her parents are getting even more upset making her anxious.
"You have to get him on our side. I don't know how much I can hold on to this. These episodes are painful."
"It won't be long. I promise" he assured her.

Amy continued her lifestyle with exercise, diet with the servants help but sleep is difficult, everything is difficult even with Alabaster's help and medicine. Now that her Temporal Disease progressed into its active stage, it will be difficult to keep this up.
She then looked at a letter on her desk, seeing a lot of them. She opened the one from Viola, recognizing her penmanship.
Amy, I heard from mother and father that your condition has gotten worse. Father told me that you have been working hard on your recovery and keeping up with the schoolwork. When I ask the professors about you, they told me that you worked hard and are actually far ahead than us.
I wish I could return but mother told me that you insisted on making sure that you aren't seen in your deteriorating state. Please write to me as much as possible so that I know you'll be okay. Father told me to write to you as much as possible as he mentioned that you repeatedly asks questions about me as well.
There are some news that are quite amusing to hear. There is a new booming business called Bowen's Gizmos that is recently getting very popular among the civilians and now the nobles are interested too. You have no idea how cool all of this stuff is. It is like your weird inventions but even weirder. At least they are handy. I bought something for you there. Apparently, it is supposed to help you relax. If you like it, I can get you more things from there.
Amy looked at the small parcel and opened it to see a pair of headphones. She can listen to any sounds from relaxing nature sounds to any music of her taste. If Viola were to find out that she originally designed these items then it would blow her mind. The very idea made her chuckle.
Leon has been especially making use for these by pranking those first years with them. For example; he used an item called a bug lantern to scare all those girls with swarms of dead mosquitos in their rooms. Now everyone is taking his pranking very seriously. No girl would want to marry him now that he's becoming even more insufferable. Some of them even dropped out by the time the semester ended. I don't even know where the mosquitoes came from.
"Oh, goddamn it. That's not what it's for." Amy facepalmed. Viola is talking about the bug trap. It is meant to remove harmful, pesky organisms especially ones that affect crop yield. It is even tailored to only affect the harmful ones, not the beneficial ones like lady bugs or bees. The item in question has a large range and it is summer so it is no surprise that he got this many insects.
These products are so popular that it is rumored that they might get banned from the magic academy though I think otherwise since they are all powered by magic crystals like the ones that power up our wands. I wonder how Mr. Bowen had such a large amount. They are supposed to be rare.
They are pseudo magic crystals she created by studying the properties of the crystal. Using her construction ability, it isn't hard to make it as long as she knows the chemical formula. This also ensures no competition for anyone wanting to steal any secrets of making these machines.
We all decide together to be around Leon so he wouldn't be alone whenever he is in the halls and make everyone sure that Melissa is the fiancee and that no one would take her spot. This was Sabina's idea and frankly it works. Nathaniel is using that machine you left behind for something and he is quite interested in it. Theseus told me that he is trying to see if he could separate gas with it instead of liquids.
Ah, she's talking about the device she used for the Fairy's blood. That's possible but not with that kind of device. Nathaniel having the mind of a skilled scientist at this age is more impressive than her as a transmigrator in her opinion.
Oh, I forgot to mention that Leon is advocating for desegregation between the teams so that we can all have classes together. And there are some even in Team Sun who agreed. He is deliberately protesting against the nobles and belittle those he dislikes openly. It's turning into a movement but I won't tell you the boring details but once you get better, you might notice some changes.
Now Rufus is the weird one. He has been especially on edge since the year started. It is like the time he released that panther and his pranks are becoming even more weird as well. Leon usually does it for fun and he doesn't intentionally harm anyone but Rufus is just straight up bullying the students and he is subjective. Some of those kids deserve to be humbled but I'm afraid that he might go overboard.
Either way, this year has been boring without you around especially for Nathaniel who constantly wishes to ask you about the device.

Rufus is becoming more aggressive? Amy appears to be in deep thought. Rufus is full of restraint but he is extremely cruel when he can be, not bloodthirsty cruel but the cold, calculating kind. He is beginning to feel agitated with the current state. Even though, Leon is now advocating, he is still young, overlooked and lacks any political power thus his voice isn't heard. As much as she agrees that there must be changes, they don't take place overnight so it will take years. At least, Leon is aware of his lack of power and is doing something about it.
Amy looked at the remaining schoolwork. In the original story, Leon was in his late teens when he realized this but he was at an age where he could participate in state affairs. This lack of ability must be frustrating to the present Leon.
Looking at the headphones that Viola send her, she puts it on and immediately heard the surrounding, relaxing sound of a waterfall. Feeling sleepy, she fell asleep in her chair.
