"Come babe, we have things to discuss." Kylo pulled me closer and huddled me in the direction of my room when he abruptly turned as though he had just remembered something.
To Lupe. "Huh? Isn't she…" His voice trailed off.
I understood what he meant and so did Lupe. "Yeah, Kylo. Her name's Lupe. She came to become friends." I shrugged, gesturing for Lupe to come closer.
Kylo was obviously flabbergasted but he tried to conceal it. "Erh — Hi, Lupe. Glad to see that you have chosen to be a better person."
Ouch. Did he really have to say that? I choked on my laugh.
"Hi, Kylo. Thank you — I guess." Lupe didn't seem to pick an offense as she sheepishly chuckled.
I tugged at Kylo's arm. "Alright, alright, Kylo. Let's leave this bunch to their fun."
"You mean lets go do some naughty things, don't you?" Cullen scoffed and I shook my head.
