A few months passed, and Shiro was turning 16 soon, he was at the beach nearly finished and Sentinel had been watching him ever since that day, he had been watching Shiro closely, he had gotten a mountain of evidence to back up his theory that Shiro and Orion were the same.
"And done, every single trash on this beach is cleared" Shiro sighed.
"Indeed boy, well done, you have earned this power," Sentinel said, getting closer to Shiro.
"But, before I give it to you, there is something I must ask" Sentinel smiled, and Shiro listened to what he had to say.
"Shiro, I want to ask you a very serious question, and I want an honest answer" Sentinel glared at Shiro.
"It's about me and Orion, isn't it?" Shiro asked, the shock on Sentinel's face answered his question.
"Well, to answer your question, I must first ask you one, how did you figure it out?" Shiro asked again.
Recovering from his shock Sentinel replied to him "It took me a while, but it was obvious during our last combat training" Sentinel said.
"During our combat training, I used cursed magic and inflicted a curse on you, but it had no effect on you, I was shocked, I knew it was it was impossible for a boy with no spark essence or magic to be able to achieve that" Sentinel explained.
"Later that day, I met Biohazard and he was telling me about his encounter with Orion, and how his curse magic had no effect on Orion because he was immune to curses, and how Orion broke his curse biding, just like you did mine during our training, so I thought again, how is a boy with no spark essence and magic immune to curses, then it came upon me when I was spying on you, I saw you use the same resurrection magic that Orion use on a cat you found in an alley that just died, that cat was completely dead and you brought it back to life, there was no way that was normal" Sentinel finished explaining.
"I see" Shiro said looking away, he didn't like the fact that Sentinel was spying on him, but he knew he would find out eventually.
"Boy, I want to know everything, please I know you are a good person, but I need to know how you got all these powers," Sentinel said.
"All right" Shiro sighed "you've earned that much, but this will take a while talking, so, I have an easier method" he transformed into Orion and touched Sentinel's head, and all of their memories, their thought and emotions were felt by the other person.
After it was over, Sentinel fell on his knees, he couldn't believe what he had seen, what he now knows, Shiro changed back and was a bit distraught himself going through Sentinel's memories, it was intense, the guy was going through a lot and had very little mental support unlike him who had his mother and the deities.
He heard sniffing and looked to find Sentinel crying, "Sentinel, what's wrong, are you hurt? Did that hurt you?" Shiro asked, but was surprised to only get a hug in return.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, you've been through so much, and I said such awful things about you, not to mention the constant torment you have to endure due to this great power" Sentinel sobbed.
Shiro knew Sentinel was talking about the power of Guanyin, with it he could hear the cries of every person on earth, good and evil, young and old, and it was endless, there was no stop to it, their heart longed for a hero, they begged so desperately to have a light that shinned, that they could rely on, that would always be there, and it was him, that was why he dealt with domestic incidents a lot because these people couldn't be saved by beating up a bad guy, no, their problems require more care and hard work, but the cries had gone down because he was there.
"It's ok Sentinel, if you paid attention, you'll see I have friends, family, and others to provide support, I'm not alone, unlike you," he said as he pulled away from Sentinel.
"You've had to carry the burden of being a top-rank hero all by yourself, it had caused you a lot, your life, health, it's so sad," Shiro said as tears were welling up in his eyes.
"But, know I will do everything in my power to save this world and its people" he bowed his head slightly to the hero.
Sentinel stared for a minute before saying "You are the true symbol of peace and justice; I could have never picked a more worthy person" Sentinel said.
"Thank you, Sentinel" Shiro responded, drying his tears.
After a touching moment.
"Now, unto the real reason we're here," the hero said as he opened a small portal and brought out a clover leaf.
"It is with great honor and pride that I present this to you," Sentinel said.
"Umm, thank you," Shiro said, not knowing what the leaf was for or what he should do with it.
"This is no ordinary clover leaf, it's magical, when you eat this thing, your body will be filled with immense power to destroy an entire mountain" Sentinel smiled.
"Wow, really, but how did you get this?" Shiro asked, "It was something I picked up during my adventure" Sentinel replied.
'But how does he know it's magical, it doesn't look magical' Shiro thought.
"Item name: Sacred Clover, item grants the user an immense amount of power such as strength, agility and speed, nothing more," the voice said in Shiro's head.
'Waw, I guess it is magical' Shiro thought, "Now boy, eat this, so all your hard work will be rewarded" Sentinel smiled as he handed it to Shiro.
Shiro took the leaf and stared at it for a while before swallowing the whole thing.
"It will take a while to set in, uhh" Shiro commented, "Of course, your stomach isn't made of tissue linen" Sentinel laughed.
"Oh yeah, Sentinel there's something I've been meaning to do," Shiro said.
