Levi opened his eyes, for a while he stared at the ceiling. It was much lower than the one at his apartment back on earth but somehow, the small house felt a lot warmer than his previous one.
Unintentionally he got out of bed and left the house altogether. It was still dark out so he was alright.
He was a little proud that he was born from a demon race that caused havoc within the world because then the urges he felt didn't make him feel so alone.
Now that all came crashing down, finding out they were a bunch of pacifists. It didn't make any sense why the world bent together to eliminate them—but he guessed it did since they had knowledge.
"But genocide over knowledge? A little extreme, there's something amiss. Something they're not telling me."
Taking Bloodthorne with him, he walked to the fields. The only thing he could do right now was to dig for a well, going to the river every time wasn't ideal.
