In a cold dark alley in the slums of the faraway Gale kingdom, a young man with dark skin and shoulder-length hair wearing tattered black clothes with no shoes somewhere around the age of 16-17 years died of malnutrition.
Shortly after the death of the young man, a blinding golden light flashed surrounding his body, and he(Tauren Dayton) started breathing again. Opening his eyes to the state of despair of the unfamiliar surrounding environment, memories not belonging to him started flooding his brain like raging waves in the stormy ocean.
"Ahhhh... my head ... ahh, " Tauren said as he clenched his head like someone just banged it against the wall a couple of times.
After taking some time to sort out the memories he just received, he learned that he transmigrated into a cultivation world where those with talent and power rule while those without it are either mistreated or turned into slaves to be used as cannon fodder during wars and beast tide.
The person whose body he was possessing had the same name as him but had no idea about his last name as he was abandoned right after being given birth. He was picked up by the Henderson family made up of four people, a 26-year-old man called Henry Henderson, his 22-year-old wife Lily Blakemore, and his 1-year-old twin daughters Marie and Amy Henderson.
Growing up, the family had a stable income enough to feed and rent a courtyard with two bedrooms and a kitchen. There are different professions that one could choose from in this world according to one's affinity to natural elements one is born with, such as:
Main Elements :
(1) Earth element
(2) wind element
(3) water element
(4) Fire element
(5) Wood element (Has healing properties )
Those are the main elements known as the building blocks for life in the universe and people have the chance to awaken those elements. Earth is the most common and wood is the rarest.
Professions :
(1) Life profession (for basic jobs like builders, herb gatherers, farmers, scouts... etc)
(2) worrier profession (knight, Mage, Assassin, Tank, Archer, Paladin)
Henry and Lily both had Earth and wind elements respectively which allowed them to have fast movement and good navigation through the forest so they became herb gatherers.
