As far as I was concerned… not at all.
Given what I know about the facility and what I have seen done to the others, I think that it is a mercy for Bane's mate to have been killed early on. If not, she would have suffered years of abuse, torture, and degradation.

"I'm sorry that I didn't raise my son to treat you with the same regard; otherwise, you wouldn't be here right now. How long have you and Raphael been together?" asked the old alpha, calming down enough to sit beside me again.
