Estrella didn't give the verdict Hannah was dreading immediately. She looked at her, asking a question instead:
"What is your take on the matter?"
Hannah searched Estrella's face for any clue, before deciding to be as impartial as she could be, after finding nothing:
"Mountain accomplished the mission you gave him. He eliminated all the aliens in the camp, but we have no way to know if all the aliens have actually been part of the resistance. Moreover…"
Hannah took a look at the couple who showed no reaction, before focusing solely on Estrella and continuing:
"It had obviously been a one-sided massacre, and the brutality of it is obvious. Mountain… seems to have some psychological issues, mostly concerning his emotions. Preliminary analysis shows anger, bottled up frustration we have yet to determine the source of, and a possibility of instability. He is becoming a risk, and a flaw the other nations might take advantage of to take a bite at us–"
