Amazon Forest. One of the most dangerous places on Earth. And there are several reasons as to why it is considered dangerous.
First is because even ordinary animals here are dangerous. Piranhas, jaguar, and various types of venomous animals, insects, or even plantations. But those can be avoided. Especially if you are a superhuman.
The second reason is more difficult. This forest is a place for runaways to gather. People with criminal backgrounds, Villains, and maybe just someone who wanted to run away from home. And they gathered together and created some kind of organization with the main base in the Amazon Forest.
They are not really evil. Just like the Slum. That's how I interpret it. But meeting them is still going to be risky so it's better if I avoid them.
The third reason why the Amazon Forest is dangerous is because of monsters.
