Dr. Emberson smiled, preparing to leave the room before pausing abruptly, his expression suddenly concerned. "Oh, um… while I have you," he hesitated, his voice tinged with worry, "Do you want me to call Admissions for you? Registration ended months ago, school year's started, and technically… you never graduated high school or passed your finals, so… technically you are a high school dropout?" He mused aloud.
Tonrie's sinking feeling deepened at the thought. "I... I'll go in person when I get discharged," he stammered, suddenly realizing the looming obstacles ahead. "The nurse said I'm about ready to leave and start physical therapy after that." Then a new concern struck him. "Where am I going to stay? No one's home, Dash and Andi are here… I guess I could stay with the Golnovskies…"
