Lee Han quickened his steps and finally saw a room with an open door. He saw Teddy sitting in a chair, seemingly waiting for him.
"You finally appeared." Teddy stood up, "You will share this room with me. That's your bed—" He pointed to the bed on the other side of the room, which still looked tidy and clean.
Lee Han was no longer surprised to discover he was sharing a room with Teddy.
The room was small. There were two single beds and small tables lined up near the bed. The room had the same sophisticated air system as the others — even though there were no windows, the air still felt fresh, like a mountain breeze coming through windows; it was not like they were underground.
"Thank you, man." Lee Han nods and enters the room. He placed his bow on the table near his bed and removed his vest.
"There's no bathroom here?" Lee Han asked, glancing at Teddy. He needs to clean himself before sleep.
"Outside. The door at the end of the corridor is the bathroom."
"I see. Oh, Teddy... Nice to meet you. You already know my name, right? I'm Lee Han." He held out his hand to Teddy for a handshake.
"Hello, Lee Han..." Teddy accepts his handshake. He could see the tension flash through Lee Han's expression.
He knows this man has a low rank among them, and it looks like this is also his first time on a massive mission like the one he is on now to capture and kill the Vampire Lord, Victor.
Teddy lightly punched Lee Han's shoulder, "Don't worry about tomorrow's mission, man. Everything will be alright as long Levy and Zoey are with us. OK, you can rest now; it's almost midnight. We have to wake up early." he said before climbed to his bed while he was still wearing his tactical suit.
They always sleep in their uniform during their stay in this military camp. To be prepared in case someone attacks their base camp.
Lee Han nods. He excused himself to go to the bathroom.
Not long after, when Lee Han returned to the room, he found it had become dim, with only yellow light from the bedside table separating their bed. He could see Teddy already asleep.
Lee Han climbed to his bed in silence and took the opportunity to check his system inventory. He prepared a few things he needed for tomorrow's mission.
However, before he finished preparing his things, he realized there were a few notifications he hadn't read.
Lee Han immediately opened the message, and what he read shocked him.
[New specific quest instruction: Kill the mage named Elara.]

'What the heck? Why does this system ask me to kill Elara?' Lee Han was shocked beyond words to read the notification.
Isn't his quest to save someone? Why did this quest suddently change to 'kill'?
'Master, you should read Elara's information.' Lara responds to Lee Han, confused.
Lee Han's eyes fixed on the last notification.
[Check Elara's information, YES / NO.]
He clicks YES in a hurry. It took a few minutes for him to understand why he should kill Elara. Instantly, his face turned as white as paper.
Now he felt torn between instructions to protect Elara coming from Levy and his system asking him to kill her.
'Looks like this quest was not as simple as I thought, Lara.' Lee Han silently took a deep sigh.
'Yes, master. But, if you succeed in your mission, you will accept huge rewards.' Lara tries to cheer up Lee Han's mood. She could feel his worry and conflict now.
'You are right. But I might be killed, too...' He silently chuckled. '—if Zoey and Levy know about my hidden quest to kill their mage, then it would be an end game for me.'
Lee Han can't hide his anxiety thinking of their strength—his rank with them like earth and sky.
This quest is like a trap for him. He can't predict whether he will escape from this place or not. He must plan well to finish this quest and help this team achieve its goals.
After a few more minutes, Lee Han speaks again, 'Lara, do you know Elara's rank?'
'Silver, rank ten.'
Lee Han was speechless. His target is more powerful than him; even though he could kill her, Zoey and Levy will not let him live.
He ponders for a while, thinking about how to finish this quest and stay alive.
After an hour passed, there was only one way for him to finish this quest.
'You found a way?' Lara asked after sensing he was about to sleep.
'Yes. But, now... I need to sleep.' He put aside this matter, closed his eyes, and tried to sleep.

Lee Han woke up to the vibration of his new smartwatch's alarm at 5 am.
When he looked at Teddy's bed, he was surprised to see it was already neat. Teddy was also dressed in his tactical combat uniform, ready to go.
Swiftly, Lee Han got out of bed. It only took a few minutes for him to get ready like Teddy.
"Nice weapon, Lee Han... Your Compound Bow must be costly," Teddy remarked, eyeing Lee Han's expensive and unique weapon.
"Thanks," Lee Han responded, glancing at Teddy's Automatic Assault Rifle on his back. He also noticed similar pistols on Teddy's waist.
"Didn't you guys have breakfast?" Lee Han asked, feeling hungry. He hadn't eaten anything since yesterday morning.
"Oh, you didn't have capsules?"
"What capsule?"
Teddy didn't answer. Instead, he took something from his vest and then offered it to him.
Lee Han frowned as he received a small candy with a golden wrapper.
"Just eat that. You'll be full all day..." Teddy smiled as he saw Lee Han's confusion. "You better eat now because we should gather in the gathering area in two minutes."
Lee Han immediately consumed the capsule. He felt a warm sensation as the brown capsule melted in his mouth. His hunger faded, and he sensed his body becoming fresher.
'Lara, this is amazing! Don't tell me this capsule is also from the restricted shop!?' Lee Han asked. He hadn't found any food like this in his store system.
'Yes!'
He could only smile wryly as he followed Teddy. At the same time, the siren blared.
Lee Han's tension increased even more when he saw Elara standing not far from him.
'How could Zoey, with a Gold Star rank, not realize this elf was a spy?'
