After finding all the people that Ace needed him and the five others with two big wagons pulled by horses.
Each of the wagons contained vital resources for building the start of the town.
After weeks of traveling they make it the Element Dungeon, as they arrive it is just turning night so Ace and the others decide to camp for the night.
In the morning Ace shows everyone the blueprints for the town and marks of the important buildings. First thing to be built is an Inn like building for sleeping in, Second to be built is a perimeter wall. Ace asks one of the guards to take some money and be prepared to go out and get any resources the guards and builders need for the projects.

Ace grabs Zoe and explains to her about this dungeon and his plans for it. Explaining that they want to use this dungeon to gather element based resources and use them to craft gear for adventures and then sell them within the town.
Zoe then head to assist the builder and guards with the construction efforts.
Ace also summons two skeleton golems to assist them with the efforts. Ace decides to head into the dungeon.
As Ace enters the dungeon he finds himself at the warp alter, relieved Ace decides he will leave and search for a few guards to be stationed within the dungeon to keep the warp alter safe and protect any new comers from dying.
Ace leaves the dungeon and heads out to Seafall where he has a connection to the mayor there. Upon arriving he requests an audience of the mayor.
After a few days he is allowed to see the mayor, Ace walks into the mayors hall room.
Bowing to him "I'm glad to see you again in great health. I ask that i borrow 2 guards for my town, in exchange I will provide you a discount on all products coming out of the town and a small lump of money equivalent to 1 year of the two guards wages." Ace asks politely.
After thinking about it the mayor replies with "I don't see a problem with that but what products is this town going to be producing?" He asks.
"Forgive my forgetfulness, our town will be specialising in equipment particularly element based gear for dungeon diving." Ace replies with.
The mayor looks at Ace with a grin on his face "I would be more than happy to give you two of my personal guards, their power level is around 100 each." The mayor says.
"Thank you, Please excuse me as I make preparations to leave." Ace says as he leaves. Upset that he can only get guards with such weak power.
Ace loads up a wagon full of supplies and meets his two new guards Jeff and Takashi, they all head off to the new village around the element dungeon.
upon arriving after being away for about 6 weeks, the inn like building looks almost complete. Dropping off the supplies near the storage area they designated.
Ace takes the new guards to the dungeon and tells them that till everything is built they are to get to a power level of 170 before Ace will pay them the full $100.00 a day. Explaining to them that right now they will get the same as the other guards around $5.00 a day.
The guards look shocked as they hear this, even as personal guards to the mayor they where making $3.00 a day, and now they have been given a raise and a condition for a massive raise. Almost immediately they get to work on raising their power level.
Ace looks at the inn that's about to be finished and smiles with joy, "Even though it just began, I'm proud of what we have achieved."

Description: Upon activation the user absorbs lightning elements to increase their speed stat by 10 times. This lasts 2 hours and can be used every 6 hours.

Curse: the user is bound to a forest of choice (Death Forest) if the user uses a fire blessing in or around that Forest the user will die. The user also reduces their healing abilities while the blessing is activated.
