Rayne knocked on the door to Liam's suite and Dante let her in, smiled as usual, and pointed toward a hallway off the living room. A few steps down the hall, Rayne heard Ethan's gleeful voice and she followed the sound.
"Where is everyone?" she called.
"Mommy!" Ethan yelled excitedly.
"We're in here," Liam called at almost the same time his son did.
Rayne crossed the master bedroom to the adjoining bath and stopped dead in the doorway, caught between laughter and disbelief.
Liam was standing at the sink with a white bath towel around his narrowed waist, a razor in his hand, and shaving cream on his face.
Ethan was standing on the sink beside him, with a small hand towel around his waist, shaving cream on his face, and what Rayne assumed was a bladeless razor in his hand.
"Hello guys." Rayne said, trying to steady her voice through the overwhelming emotions that raise to her throat.
"I shaving!" Ethan cried.
