Five hours passed and yet Neil didn't return to the VVIP room Mia was staying. After James had dropped by and picked up the already sleeping Lilly, who'd fallen asleep watching cartoons on Rayne's phone, Mia had thought Neil would not take long to return to her as it was obvious their meeting was over, but then even after Rayne left two hours ago, she was still left on her own in the room with no signs of Neil.
Dr. Lauren had dropped by to check-up on her and see how she was doing, and after the check-up, she'd said Mia could be discharged in two days from now as they needed to monitor her health in the hospital. If it were up to Mia, she'd have liked to be discharged today, she wasn't a fan of hospitals. Even in her childhood, whenever she'd fall sick her mom would make sure she got treated at home by a nurse due to how hospitals always seemed to affect her mentally.
