"There's nothing I hate more than a traitor of the Human Race." Xu Lengyu said with hatred in his tone.
A moment after a black dagger magically appear in his hand. His eyes filled with the intent to kill, his murderous aura leaking out without any reserve.
Zou Xiaolian looked at him strangely as she watch him taking a fighting stance, ready to throw himself on her like a predator.
"You want to fight here?" She questioned with that same look on her face. Not an ounce of fear on her face.
"Are you afraid? Don't worry I won't go easy on you!" Xu Lengyu exclaimed with a burst of adrenaline. Like the wind he arrive beside Zou Xiaolian and threw his hand holding the dagger at her. The tip of the daggers blade pointing at her heart ready to strike and kill her on the spot.
"Why would I be afraid?" She questioned back right as the dagger punctured into her chest, stabbing into her heart.
"Stop playing around!" Xu Lengyu quickly pulled out his dagger and rush to a different direction, striking his dagger downwards.
Moments later the figure of Zou Xiaolian and Liao Chen appear in that same spot that Xu Lengyu dagger was hitting towards. The previous spot where they just were turning blurry revealing an illusion of what previously was them.
"If you insist." With calm eyes she pushed Liao Chen towards the executives who were already a large distances away from them.
Soon after a instrument that looks like a guitar appear in her hands. Striking her fingers around the strings of this instrument a barrier appear in front of her blocking Xu Lengyu dagger.
Seeing this Xu Lengyu didn't stop, instead his face lit up with excitement as battle intent explode out of him. Exerting more force he strike the dagger at the barrier.
BOOM!
A explosion soon occurred similar to the explosion that wreak havoc on the 20th floor of the company. The ground caved in as black and purple energy in the form of Qi also known as Endless Energy burst apart blowing in both of their opposite directions.
"Hahaha!"
Xu Lengyu noticing his dagger didn't even cause a crack on the barrier laughed. His battle intent exploded further, his heart not wavering as he sent hundreds of strikes at the barrier.
The ground unable to handle a fight between cultivators at unknown realms continue breaking apart as it wasn't built to handle fights to this degree.
"It's futile." Zou Xiaolian seeing his attempts at breaking her barrier said with cool eyes.
"That grade 3 weapon cannot break my Ruan Barrier." She exclaimed with a shook of her head.
"Soon that dagger is going to break and when it does I am going to send you flying." Yawning she said as her hands move around the strings of the guitar looking instrument, maintaining the barrier.
However, Zou Xiaolian words were meaningless to Xu Lengyu as he was currently in his own world, unable to even hear her he continue using his dagger to strike the barrier, refusing to give up.
"Suit yourself." Eyes turning cold, Zou Xiaolian suddenly change the rhythm of the song.
Ruan : Reflect
The dagger that was striking the barrier then bounce off, hitting him and creating a huge wound on his face.
Blood spilled everywhere on him.
Ruan : Destroy
At her words endless energy came out of her body and form tentacles similar to Xu Lengyu shadows. The tentacles then turn into sharp blades and were sent flying at him.
Seeing those blade like tentacles Xu Lengyu snap out of his strange state and summoned his own tentacles, sending them towards the blades.
The two tentacles collided with each other like a rain of bullets flying from opposite directions.

"So this is a fight between cultivators." Liao Chen watched on with an exhausted look. With his ordinary eyes he wasn't even able to see them. Not even their shadow beneath their feet he could not see making him put on a sullen smile.
Not only that, but he wasn't even able to see the Zou Xiaolian barrier or tentacles as they were solely made from endless energy which could not be seen by mortals.
As for Xu Lengyu shadows, since it was an ability inherited by the Xu Emperor it did not rely much on endless energy so he was able to see them, though he wish he couldn't for how creepy they look.
"One day I will become just as strong as them." Clenching his fist Liao Chen promised to himself with eyes filled with conviction as he continue staring into the distance.
"Aren't you tired of keeping that barrier up!" With an unhappy look, Xu Lengyu shouted at the woman who only hid behind the barrier.
"Not at all. In fact this barrier hardly use any endless energy so I can keep it up for days, months if not years." Continue playing the instrument Zou Xiaolian said with a smirk.
You... Traitorous Coward!"
"Coward?! You're the coward! How dare you lay your hand on a petite goddess like me! You...." With a cute pout, Zou Xiaolian looked at him with teary eyes as if looking at a big monster.
"You pervert!"
Xu Lengyu hearing this nearly slip mid fight. His expression becoming extremely ugly.
"Who you calling a pervert you seductress!" With a serious face he stop attacking for a moment, hiding his dagger behind his back he continued by saying with a shout:
"I have a girlfriend!"
Zou Xiaolian suddenly began to cough rapidly when she heard this. Holding her throat she stopped playing the instrument and looked at Xu Lengyu with an angry expression.
"Are you talking about Feng Qingxuan? You dare call my sister your girlfriend?! She wouldn't even look in your direction!"
As if coming to a realization she suddenly thought:
"Wait is this why you bought the CEOs beauty pills? You fucker..." With a curse she look at him as if he was a bastard trying to kidnap a child by tempting them with candy.
"Why would the Alchemy Fairy ever become sisters with the likes of you!" Also angry that she would call the woman he loves her sister as if they were close he shouted while revealing his dagger that was of a different color.
"Also why the hell is everyone keep giving me the 'bastard look,' do I look like one to you?!" Swinging the dagger, a berserk power spread out of it.
The barrier that was weaken due to Zou Xiaolian stop circulating endless energy into it shattered when the dagger hit it.
"Why is fighting you Xu people so frustrating sometimes!" Not expecting him to change daggers while they were talking she began panicking. Her hands move around her instrument that is called a Ruan as she try circulating endless energy to stop the dagger in place.
However her attempt failed as the dagger was a grade 6 weapon, a weapon strong enough to destroy a small city if its power was harnessed properly.
"It was a good fight, but its time to end this. I have another fight to go watch for my own entertainment." With chill eyes Xu Lengyu swing the dagger at Zou Xiaolian cutting her in two.
Zou Xiaolian split body fell on opposite sides of the ground, her eyes filled with shock as she never thought she would die like this.
"This is what you get for betraying the human race." Xu Lengyu said as he began walking away towards where Xu Wantian was.
"Did you think the battle was over?" Xu Lengyu stopped in his footsteps at the familiar voice.
Turning around he checked his surroundings and saw Zou Xiaolian body still laying dead on the floor.
"I must be hallucinating." Shaking his head he turn his head to stare at Liao Chen who looked at everything with unbelieving eyes.
"Executive Zou... she can't be dead right?" His body began trembling at the thought.
Sensing someone looking at him he slowly turn his head to see Xu Lengyu looking at him with his same old creepy smile.
"Is he going to kill me too." When his mind started thinking of this he subconsciously began running away. As much as he wanted to confirm if Zou Xiaolian was alive or not he wanted to secure his life first.
It was simply human nature or rather the nature of a mortal.
"Should I kill him?" Seeing him run away the thought of killing him came in Xu Lengyu mind.
"Since he disrespected me maybe I should leave him crippled for life!" Laughing to himself he got ready to catch up to Liao Chen when he suddenly stopped.
"I asked you. Did you think this battle was over?" At that exact moment a figure appear in front of Xu Lengyu. When he saw this figure his eyes bulge out of their sockets.
"What are you..." He questioned to himself as he watch the same person he killed not too long ago come closer to him.
Soon his body became pale at the thought of what she did to herself. With a wild expression he bellowed:
"YOU TRAITOROUS BITCH!"
Zou Xiaolian quickly appear before him with her body fully intact. That wasn't what made Xu Lengyu shout so angrily, but it was the strange energy moving about her body. When he was fighting her he always thought her Endless Energy was strange. It act, felt and looked like Endless Energy, but when his energy interact with hers there was this sort of rejection.
That's obvious since they were fighting against each other. Naturally the two energies would feel hostile to one another. However, what made him suspicious was the fact that he was unable to borrow her endless energy to counter attack her.
As a shrewd individual himself, he always like to borrow others endless energy to use it against them when their caught off-guard.
This was why he continued striking her barrier even when his dagger couldn't break it. It was all to figure out what this strange energy was.
And now he finally realized.
"I didn't want to use this against someone like you." Zou Xiaolian noticing he figured it out smiled with a deceitful look causing him to crack his teeth in fury.
"But the only way to defeat you cunning business men is by using something similar to your sly fighting style." Her smile soon fell as her endless energy soon disappear, revealing greyish-purple notes around her body as a mark magically appear on left cheek.
