Duke, as sharp as always understood the meaning behind Dave's words and looked at Stan curiously. Then Stan began explaining the whole plan.
Fredrick was quite impressed by the plan. After mulling over it for a few seconds, he asked, " Does this plan include even the soldires under my command or only for the city guards and the patrolling parties?"
"Its irrespective of where they work your grace. If they are soldiers and are injured during a mission or while trying to fulfill their duties or even when they gets injured while helping someone, they will all be included." Williams explained.
Fredrick grinned looking at the boys and looked towards Stan, "I reckon this is a plan deviced by these lads?" Stan noded with a warm smile, looking proud of his best students.
"Well in that case, here is another donation from the house of Emberheart." Fredrick took out another chest from his stoage ring and put it next to the one he had placed initially.
Irene felt proud of her father. She knew he was not only a great leader but also an empathetic man. But today she saw it with her own eyes.
Wil, handover our contribution before everyone else starts to outclass us, Dave said.
Alan smiled and also took out a wooden chest from his storage ring and gestured Lilly and Irene to come forward. He Handedover the chest to them and asked them to give it to Stan, both the girls and even Fredrick were surpriced at this gesture from Alan. Guildmaster this is a small contribution from Morgan's and the Heathrow's please accept it. Stan took it happily and smiled at everyone and then bowed his heas with joy and respect.
Fredrick, curious, asked. " Lad I understand that Lilly is from Heathrow's but what about Irene?
"Ah... Your Grace, blood isn't what makes us family. It's the heart. Irene is as much a part of our family as anyone else here." Alan said smiling.
Fredrick was moved by Alan's words. Despite holding a high social status in the Winden region, the Emberheart family had never considered themselves superior to others and always made themselves available to those in need.
However, the respect people gave them and their position sometimes isolated them. Others instinctively kept their distance, either out of fear of their status or as a respectful gesture. This had not only made Irene and his brother feel lonely while growing up, but had also affected Fredrick during his young age.
Today, he felt happy that Irene had made such good friends who considered her part of their own family.
After a few minutes of casual talk, Frederick left to take care of his duties.
"Headmaster, did master Harry returned from his aa..... adventurous joirney?"
Stan shook his head with a look of frustration. "That man didn't even sent a letter. Its more than an year now."
The boys knew how involved Harry would get, if he is doing something. After conversing for few more minutes they excused themself and went around the academy. They noticed that new dormitories were being constructed, along with few additional buildings. The academy was preparing itself for the expansion it was experiencing.
All of them being a part of it, felt proud to see their academy flourish.
When they came back to the testing area, they found Rose sitting outside, looking bored. Puzzled, everyone went to her .
"Big brother, was the exams that stupid or are the other kids dumb?" Rose asked in frustration.
Laughter rang out from all of them, Dave went to Rose and asked, " Was it too easy princess?"
Rose noded her head. I completed both my theory and practical tests in a couple of hours. The practical test of others are yet to start. Master Zain, sent me out to look around the academy."
Ok Rose, lets go home. You are admitted to the academy. And NO. Neither the test was dumb nor the other kids are. Let's say...., you have received education beyond a normal kid's could have. And Rose, never asume anyone dumb. Even if they really are, like Dave here." Williams said grinning mischievously.
"You ba... bad mouth." Dave refrained cursing Williams infront of Rose. "You are the dumbest guy in the group." Dave retorted, girls started giggling and went back to their estate. Not even bothered to look for Rose's results.
The next day they received news of Rose's acceptance into the academy. As predicted, she had aced the tests. And after a few days she started her Academic journey.
