"You're right. I did like Louis." Wyonna openly acknowledged it instead of denying it.
"But that was because I was young and gullible, or I would never have fallen for him.
Now, even if he begs me to take him back, I'll never reconcile with him."
She meant what she said. Her heart was tired from chasing after him.
More so, as a girl, she had to be a little more out of reach. No matter how much she liked the guy, she should never demean herself.
"Wow, how arrogant! Louis is such a great guy. Why would you not like him? Unless you know someone better than him..."
Amanda sneered at her and added, "You are simply being sour grapes."
Chloe could not stand to listen anymore and chimed in to Wyonna's defense, "Why not? There are lots of guys lining up for Wyonna! And there really is a man a thousand times better than Louis who is pursuing her. He sends flowers to her house daily as well as countless limited-edition luxury items!"
