As I walked by the river, to completely get rid of the evidence. I've had time to gather my thoughts, to stitch a story and to prepare my own testimony.
"HAAAAAH!"
[Kafka threw the bag into the river, with his increased strength from morphing.]
"Wheeeew... I think that's about it"
"But somehow even though I've gotten rid of everything, I just can't get this feeling off of me"
"That somehow I've been forgetting about something"
However I have to move forward, I can't be stuck in just a single thought, as this world will continue to progress even without my intervention, and with that thought in mind, I rode the carriage back to the academe.

"Why are there so much guards there?"
"Haven't you heard, about that accident?"
"What accident?"
"You know the one about were the terrorists attacked Goldencrest"
"HUH?, then what does that have to do with Canabul academy?"
"Here this, apparently three first year students from this academy got involved"
"Then?"
"One survived, and two of them died, but what makes it worse is that they are children that came from noble households"
"So that's what's up with the guards!"
"Shhh... You'll get us into trouble here, especially since this matter involves the nobles I only got this news by listening in"
"O-Okay dude"
Then as the carriage that I rode were about to arrive, in the near distance I can already see the crowd of people. Gossiping, formed by their intrigue at the sudden increase of guards that were patrolling around the academy.–'I guess it's time to put up an act'

Gatekeeper: "Halt!"
Gatekeeper: "Sir & Ma'am, could you please state your name and show us your proof of identities?"
"No problem"
...
"That should be about it"
Gatekeeper: "One last question, where did all of you went to?"
"At lorentia"
"Lorentia"
"We all went to Lorentia and just met each other on the way there"
Gatekeeper: "I see—Thank you very much"
Gatekeeper: "Next!"
...

Gatekeeper: "Oh, and final question sir, where is the last destination that you went to?"
Farkas: "At Willsden"
Gatekeeper: "Thank you very much sir"

'Hmmmm... So they actually did set up a checkpoint. In the original novel, they never did the same for Alsen, though an investigation team was sent to question the authorities and students alike in this school. I guess that's a given since he has already been disowned by his own family. On the other hand, the students that died are the sons of a noble lineage, so that may be why it warrants a full-scale investigation.'
'But this was also the reason why Silvano couldn't accept his older brother's death, as this incident was concluded as just Alsen rampaging and losing his sanity. However, he knew his older brother couldn't have done such a thing, so he decided to ask his father for support. However, his father just swept it under the rug, not wanting to get his family name involved in this. In turn, it fueled Silvano's desire for the truth and to take matters into his own hands. So, he investigates the leads surrounding his older brother's death, eventually causing him to get entangled with Ryherth.'

The next day as I was looking out the window in my dorm, I saw two carriages arrive at the academy, they were the parents of the deceased students, upon arriving they looked unkempt and disheveled, despite the obvious attempt to look neat.
[When the first parents arrived, their faces showed the expression of someone cold and distant, coping with an indescribable loss. They entered the establishment without uttering a single word, marching towards the somber duty of retrieving their son's lifeless body, now in the custody of the academy to conduct their own investigation.
However as they got out of the building. Tears were running down their faces uncontrollably. The mother overcome with grief and sorrow, abandoned any semblance of composure. She embraced her son's disfigured body, concealed beneath the white sheets. Her knees grew weak and heavy under the weight of sorrow, compelling the bearers of the litter to pause briefly. The father showing his care in his own way, gently steadied her, and together, they continued on.
When the second set of parents arrived, agitation and resentment were etched across their faces. A storm of swear words welcomed the faculty members and the guards. But whenever the parents would get inside the establishment, and approach the still corpse of their sons. They would quickly lose their facade. Perhaps it was the state in which their sons body was left. and that the sight of it was just too heart breaking for a parent to handle. so they departed with the same feeling of haunting agony as the first set of parents.
Meanwhile Kafka was forced to bear witness to the consequences of his actions. Even so, even if he could've just turned away, he didn't, maybe he himself placed the bind.]
'I wonder how they would be living right about now—Barry, Roland. Would they be smiling and going about their day without a care in the world? If I hadn't interfered, I bet their parents would be so proud of them once they graduate.'
'But I saved Alsen's life, someone incomparably stronger than the two, and who could contribute a lot when it comes to saving humanity. Would Silvano still grow as fast now that the canon event for his development is gone?'
"Did I really make the right decision? Is this really for the best?"
[Kafka spent the whole week holed up in his room, simply just staring at the ceiling and not doing anything. which is something that he already planned for, as he didn't want to meet with someone that he crossed eyes with, Rafael. However what awaited him was countless sleepless nights, only succumbing to his unconsciousness when his body truly demanded sleep, once his body really needed to sleep—something he had definitely not planned for.
On the other hand, there was someone higher up facing a somewhat related problem, someone literally residing in a higher tower than him.]
'We were definitely thorough when it comes to checking the identity of everyone residing here. The faculty staffs, the students, the guards and even down to the utility members. No matter how many times I double checked them nothing was wrong, all of them came from verified sources.'
"Sigh, To think that a student named Robert, if that is even his real name managed to slip in, and even got out of the academy unauthorized, and we are now only just finding out about it."
'While I can't deny the possibility of us missing something, there is a huge probability that there are already spies inside this academy. Regarding the matter of the organization behind the recent attack, considering all the factors I've already investigated, there is a significant possibility that the demons are involved this time.'
"Or even worse, could some of the nobles have already sided with the demons?"
