I shifted several times, rolling myself with the sheets and making other stupid movements, finally opening my eyes.
"I think I fell asleep..." I said between yawns, my fingers making circles around my still-sleepy eyes.
The bed had been unexpectedly comfortable, falling asleep immediately, in fact its comfort level is on par with the bed in my room in Tenebres Forest, Emerald's cabin.
"Uh?" I gasped in surprise, the rays of sunlight streaming down my pale face, it was the first time I had ever felt and seen the sun.
It was undoubtedly bright, its mere rays making my skin glow, the whole room, through it advantage, a little brighter.
For any human, possibly their first experience with the sun would be to say that it is beautiful, and truly.... The devil is horrible!
