William stood among with 31 other participants who had passed the qualifiers. However, he wasn't happy at all despite being in the top 8 because he had just learned that Lilly had left for some reason and now he was worried about her.
He didn't know what suddenly happened for Lilly to leave him but he knew it wasn't anything small. After all, he knew Lilly well enough to know that she wouldn't miss such a huge day for him. There must be something big happened that made Lilly leave him and the whole qualifiers.
Although he knew Lilly would there next day for the tournament, he couldn't help but worry. His whole happy mood was ruined and now all he could think was if Lilly was okay or not.
"It's fine," Alexander put his hand on William's shoulder and said, smiling. "She's strong and you know that best. So you don't need to worry like that."
