After transforming back, Derek hale was all naked because his cloths were ripped to pieces when transforming into full wolf form, his body in human form was now clear to see and he was ripped in muscles to say nonetheless.
Derek carried the Arc in his arms while running toward the forest, as a forest near the residential area, it wasn't that dense and was made of tall and slim trees.
He suddenly stopped near a tree which was a little odd looking than other trees. Derek placed Arc's body on the ground and started digging near the tree and after digging a lot of dirt, he pulled out a plastic bag from hole made. This bag was containing the new cloths of him, he wore the cloths by hiding behind a tree, even though he know that Arc is faint already but it was still uncomfortable changing in front of him. Carrying him naked was not choice he made, it was the only way.
He reached a house that was looking more like hospital. Derek entered the house carrying the Arc as door was already open for some reason.
"Mr. Wano, I need your help, please come there is emergency patient." Derek loudly called for the Mr. Wano.
In the room in the underground facility, someone heard this voice and opened the door of facility and came outside walking with a little caution. Seeing that it was Derek, he relaxed and said asking, "What are you doing here, aren't you supposed to be in campus at this time? And what patient are you loudly speaking about?"
"Mr. Wano, I know that mother may be angry seeing me skipping me classes but believe me that my reasons are enough to convince her. This person here is fainted and supposedly in a critical situation. Can you treat him?" Derek said explaining his situation.
"Derek, you do know that I am veterinarian and can only treat animals." Mr. Wano said.
"Mr. Wano, I know that you are emissary of mother's pack. Please treat him, he just used the self destruction of supernatural and saving him may increase our allies." Derek said.
"Derek, I will check on him but you will have to explain everything to me about this guy and your mother too. Remember that." Wano replied while looking at unconscious Arc with deep eyes.
He started working on Arc's body, and his expression were changing like a bored person would keep Channing channels on TV. Till last, his expression turned into shock and curiosity.
Derek looking at it all could not hold back anymore and asked the question, "Wano, is he safe?"
"Yes he is, but he should not have been safe." Wano said without looking away from the Arc's body,
"What do you even mean by that?" Derek asked with a confused expression.
"The time that has taken you to bring him here was already late, and he should have been dead by now, and there is something that I can't place my finger on. He is definitely supernatural but he does seem to have a strong body, which indicate only two things that either he is not creature type supernatural or he just turned supernatural recently." Wano said.
"So, you mean it is one of that 3 left super natural which don't come creature category." Derek asked.
"Derek can you listen to the inner side of this boy's body with your werewolf senses so you might discover something about this origin." Wano suggested.
Derek transformed into half werwolf form and listened to the body of Arc and there was heart beating sound with some other sound and weak heart beat sound hidden within other sounds. Derek fell back in shock at the sudden realization that just struck him.
"Dr. Wano, there is some thing wrong with his body, i am hearing two heart beats from his body. But, how that can be, could he have two heart." Derek asked in hurried tone.
"It can be possible, well not with two heart but with him being pregnant." Wano was saying.
But before Wano could complete his words, Derek interrupted him saying, "But how can that be, it is impossible than the two heart thing, a male getting pregnant. It's going against the nature."
"You are right, it is against the nature but there are two things that always find ways to defy nature, first time adaptation changes and second experimental changes. Which indicate that he is supernatural which support male getting pregnant because science changes are almost never work on the supernatural. Do this guy have the family, if does have than are they too supernatural?" Dr. Wano asked.
"No, I don't remember anything about his family status, we might have to dig details into this aspect of him. According to me, we don't have to do anything to heal him, he is healing by himself and even if we try to do heal him, we wouldn't be able to do so without knowing the supernatural aspect of him." Wano explained.
"What should we do with him for now?" Derek asked looking for advice.
"You have taken him from school but you can't returned there just like that, you can stay in the additional house I have along with him till he wake up, you will have to keep an eye on him as to get any hint on his supernatural aspect. If he was some common supernatural, I would have recognized by now, so, keep looking for it." Wano suggested.
"Why me, why can't you do it? I would have meet someone tomorrow." Derek asked slamming down hand on the table.
"You are born supernatural, you know how to control the powers efficiently. And he just your age and you are his saviour, so, he will trust you more than others. I hope you do stay with him, because it can be a big help to your family. And my knowledge is limited, so i would have get into researching more about creature less supernaturals, which would help me improve and let me help you in future things which is not possible while watching on the this boy." Wano explained.
