What seal?" Matilda looked at her with a crease between her brows. This even more surprising than Eliana finding it hard call her, Aunty.
One look and Eliana knew thay woman knew nothing about it. She let out an inward sight. She had a few questions answers but the rest remained a mystery. "Nothing. But if I were to break a seal my mother put on me, what should a do? I have this, but I am exactly sure how to use it," Eliana showed the stone to her and Matilda gasped. Eliana looked at the pendant wondering if something was wrong with it. "Is Something wrong?" She was genuinely confused.
Matilda smiled and shook her head. "Nothing happened. I am just glad that it was not lost."
'That is all thanks to Marianne,' Eliana thought.
"Tell me about the seal on you," Matilda returned to the earlier conversation. It sounded serious yet she casually brushed it off. "I may not know about it but I might be able to help," she persisted.
