"You are 3 minutes late, Ms. Everly." I heard his voice from behind while I walked into the room.
I knew it!
I stopped, turned to him and replied "It is because of certain someone who was trying to harass me while I was coming to work, Mr. Danovan".
He stared down at me with this crazy look in his eyes, but didn't say anything.
I smiled, finally winning against him or that's what I thought, and I walked to my seat.
I will never let him bully me.
I sat down in my seat without looking at him and took out all the files to start my work while I could feel his stare.
I completely ignored him and started to focus on my work, so I won't be late to finish my work today.
Surprisingly, he didn't talk or ask me anything like he did yesterday. It was shocking but I am happy that I can work in peace.
He walks out after a few minutes, and I relax a little, still focusing on my work.
