Chapter 70 - Hydra.

"We... Need to escape." Dimas finally decided to run away.

"No words needed." Ivan nodded and stood up, he took their bags away.

"What... is this..." Alex just stood there, not because he was afraid....

"That is a Hydra Alex... one of the most powerful sea monsters out there, i don't know how it appeared here..." Dimas said.

"Huh? Wait... sea beasts?... so that is how they managed to destroy the ships of Demetrias that fast..." Alex stood up and said this with fright.

"Larissa... can control the Hydra..." He said this and everyone went quiet...

"Let's go." Dimas didn't waste time and said this and got ready to jump down to their horses.

"Hm? follow us Anzhel..." Ivan noticed Anzhel who was looking out on the hill.

"Wait... WAIT!!! HE IS HERE!!! CAPTAIN!!! MILOSLAV!!! THEY ARE HERE!!!" Anzhel's face lit up with delight and yelled out as he pointed his finger.

"WHAT!!!" Dimas looked down and laughed.

"YES!!! LETS GO MEET THEM!!!" They rushed down to Andrei.

"Looks like you guys are alive, good." Andrei noticed them and said this with a serious tone.

"We should be the one saying that to you Captain, how did you survive," Ivan asked, he looked over to the Hydra that was just staying there not doing anything.

"I don't know, let's dash right now, do you have the map, Dimas?" Andrei said this.

Dimas nodded.

"Alright, let's go." Andrei didn't want to waste any more time talking, who knows what that Monster would do to the city.

--

"We... are done..." One of the soldiers in the building said this and his legs gave out.

"How... how did they manage to control this monster." Another one looked over to the ships and saw they were about to reach the shore in a few seconds without interference from Hydra.

"Now not even reinforcements can save us." Another one fell.

Only a burly man, with extremely strong defined muscles and a trimmed beard on his face, blonde hair, and green eyes stood there with his hands entangled with each other.

There was no glint of despair in his eyes, he stood there with an ancient white coat and looked over.

"Commander in Chief Antigonus ... we... we will..." One of the youngest soldiers shakingly came close to the burly man and said this.

"If you wish to escape i am not going to hold you back... but you will never enter an army of any country ever again," Antigonus said with a not-so-deep voice, he had the voice of a young man.

"Y--es..." Everyone was shaking, but they stayed here except for a few people, not because they were afraid of not getting into the army ever again, they just had too much loyalty to this city, their families, sons, and daughters were here, how could they dip their feet and escape if they died in this city because of this monster.

"And anyhow... don't be worried... nothing is going to happen," Antigonus said with a smirk.

Ships of Larissa finally docked to the shores, any sound that was in this moment got silent, nothing was moving, not even Hydra.

From the biggest ship-tanned man with blonde coily hair and commander's outfit, he looked very young maybe 20 - 25 years old, he smiled at Antigonus and talked.

"I greet you Antigonus, very honored to meet you here." He said this with a smirk.

"Oho? Polyperchon... isn't this too much of an underestimation from Alexander? sending such a young General to our city." He said this with a cold tone.

"I apologize for that fact General Antigonus but the great king had thought my presence was enough and... of course... his too." Polyperchon looked up in the sky where Hydra stood like a statue.

"Sigh... you might be right..." Antigonus muttered.

"Let's cut the small talk, you know what we want Antigonus, just give up please, without any fighting, i have heard your king started to hire pirates for extra power against us... but you know that isn't going to work, so please, let's finish this without any bloodshed." Polyperchon said this.

"Indeed... we have gathered our armies but... for fighting humans..." Antigonus looked up. "Not for something like this." He said this with a sigh.

"Now, decide soon Antigonus..." Polyperchon said this and stood there.

Antigonus smiled...

And... said something nobody expected...

"Never..." He waved his hand.

"Huh?" Polyperchon noticed something but... it was too late.

*BSGHHGHGHGHHGHGGHHHGHGHGHHG*

"AAGHGHH!!!" Yelling was heard around the ocean.

"HELP!!!" Soldiers yelled this out.

"SINKING!!!" They fell.

Explosion after the explosion happened and it sunk almost all of his ships at the back.

"WHAT!!!" Polyperchon immediately looked around and saw cannons at the sides of the shores, there were hundreds of cannons pulling their tips out from almost every single building.

"YOUUUU!!!" Polyperchon was furious, he was entrusted this fleet by his Majesty, and now he lost 30 % of it in one attack, how could he not be furious?

"So that is your choice Antigonus..." With a cold voice, he said this and waved his hand.

The soldier gave him a Lyre... it was an instrument resembling a harp, with a bottom that had strings attached and a horseshoe form...

"Hm? That harp... no..." Antigonus looked at the harp...

Polyperchon moved one string and...

*Pling...*

One string moved.

*ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOARRRRRR!!!*

And Hydra roared with a might of a thousand beasts.

"AGHHH!!! RUN AWAY!!!" Soldiers dispersed around Antigonus, they wanted to hide.

Antigonus simply stood there with the same pose.

"Kill everything in this city Hydra... don't leave anything alive," Polyperchon said with a vicious tone.

*GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOARRRR*

Hydra started to move its body, it was so powerful that just moving its body caused a tsunami to hit the shore of the beach.

"Hm?" Polyperchon noticed Antigonus who was simply standing there with absolutely no fear.

"Is he dumb? why isn't he escaping." Polyperchon had a bad feeling.

The Tsunami got extremely big and in one second it engulfed one soldier who fell on the beach.

"NOOO!!!" The soldier turned from the wave and immediately got crushed.

At this moment Antigonus spoke "Polyperchon... do you think you won because of this Beast in your control?" He asked.

"STOP BABLING AND GIVE UP!!!" Polyperchon yelled out...

"I advise you to give up..." Antigonus said this.

"KILL HIM HYDRA!!!" Polyperchon ordered the monster to attack the city.

"LETS ESCAPE COMMANDER IN CHIEF!!!" Soldiers wanted to pull Antigonus, but he was not budging.

And in one second he smirked "It's here." He looked up.

"Huh?" Hydra felt something and looked up.

He saw thunderclouds gather in his direction, it was enormous, it was big enough that they engulfed the entire city and went to engulf the entire east coast of this area.

"Hoh..." Hydra stopped.

*CRACKLE!!!*

*RUMBLEEEE!!!*

*CLAP*

Thunder... the size of a mountain went on to strike the skies...

Hydra... simply froze.
