"Uhhmmm... well, I've read a lot of books. here, like a lot, if you don't believe me, you can take a look at yourself." Alex said it with a smile.
Bratislav relaxed and then..." YEEEESSS!!! You are a genius Alex... but are you sure you want to do this?" Bratislav asked.
"Yes, I might have not traveled with Jason a lot, but since the ritual, i can be considered his crewmate, i may have not spent a lot of time with him but i consider Jason a brother, and i want to save him (and gain Neus in the way, there is no one in the village that has ability Achilles had)" Alex said this with a smile.
"GOOD!!! Oi, old man, go help the kid" Bratislav yelled out, color on her face returned and her eyes lit up with some light, seeing her kid die without doing anything made her lose the light she had.
She yelled out for Paula.
But he didn't answer.
"Oi, what's wrong old man, i said, take your ass from there and help Alex..." Bratislav yelled out once again.
Paula didn't answer.
"Oi!!! Are you dead old man? help the kid!!!" Bratislav repeated.
Paula didn't stand up.
But before Bratislav got flared up, he said.
"Are you sure you want to travel to Trecca Alex? Do you know the dangerous road that is?" He asked this and stood up.
"Oh... i didn't think about that." Alex said this with a smile making Laszlo facepalm.
"Oh... if you want to travel to Tricca, you need to first reach the city of Pharsalus which is about 30 kilometers from here which is going to take a few days on horseback, then you need to pass Dark Forest and a few mountains that possibly have mountain Gods, it's a dangerous journey Alex, with the sea you will reach Tricca sooner but without competent Captian, you guys will not survive in the storms, so which one Alex, sea or the land?" Paula asked.
Laszlo was surprised, he thought Paula was some old man but looked like he was a good navigator.
"Hmmm... since we don't have much time, i guess i will choose the sea," Alex replied.
"Have you not heard what Paula said, Alex? Without Captain, we will not survive the sea, and we don't even have a crew yet, well i guess Captain's crew is going to join." Laszlo yelled out.
"Oho? You underestimate our village kid... we do have a good Captain for you Alex... but before that." Paula looked at him and said.
*BSHHHHHGGG*
"Thank you... thank you so much... thank you..." He bowed his head and said this with greeted teeth.
Seeing your kid die without being able to do anything is the worst thing a parent can experience, especially old people like Paula and Bratislav since Jason fell sick, they have felt like their entire world was coming crushing down, it was their kid, they protege, their heir, someone they spent years watching over, how could they... old people that were at the death's door, outlive someone like Jason.
Just the thought killed them inside, but now, some glimmer of hope flamed up inside of their shrinking hearts.
"Please pull your head up Paula, when i was injured it was you guys who saved me, i owe you my life, how can i decline the chance of saving your kid, your true kid," Alex said this and went to help Paula and pull his head up.
Paula looked at him and smiled "You are also our kid Alex... do not forget that, i don't want you to exchange your life for Jason, be safe... and please... try your best." He said this and took his hand to get out of the shack.
Laszlo sighed and looked back "I guess i will get going Grandma Bratislav... thank you for the tea." He said this and followed them.
Bratislav sat there smiling.

They were walking on the street of the village.
Alex was looking around "I can swear that this village was a lot smaller when i first got here." He muttered.
"Hah, it happens kiddo, when you get used to it, the world becomes bigger," Paula responded and went towards one house.
Most of the houses in the Village were little shacks just differentiating into different sizes.
But this one... was a lot bigger.
The shacks in the village had a size of about 30 meters, this one was more than 150 meters.
Extremely big.
Paula went and knocked on the door.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
"Who is it." A rough voice was heard from inside.
"It's me, Old man, let me in," Paula responded.
The door opened and you could see inside.
The insides were a lot nicer than the shack Alex lived in, it was extremely big with a wool couch a fireplace, wool-padded accent chairs, and a second floor that had a stairway next to the wall going up for it.
"Oh it's you old fart Paula, i am sorry for your kid, what do you want from me tho." A man who was about 60 years old, about the same age as Paula opened the door.
He had a looking open beard and blue eyes, a chubby body with an enormous belly, but you could also see muscles in it.
"Aren't you going to let me in old drunk head Andrei?" Paula snorted.
"Oh yeah, come in." Andrei stood at the sides.
Everyone went inside.
Paula sat on the couch.
"Sit down here guys." He said this to Laszlo and Alex.
They nodded and sat down.
"So, what do you want?" Andrei had a bottle in his hand and was drinking out of it constantly.
"I want to ask for you, i want you old man," Paula said.
"What!!! aren't you ashamed of yourself old fart? how dare you have your eyes on me.." Andrei flared up.
Paula spat down and stood up "What do you know me for bastard, do you think i would have my eyes for a haggard old fart like you?, especially man???!! you wanna fight? i wanted you as a Captain!!!" He started the make a fighting stance.
"You want to fight old man???!!!" Andrei made the fighting stance already.
Alex was watching this helplessly.
"Calm down you two, Paula please, concentrate on what we have come here for." Laszlo calmed them down.
"Oh yeah, so what do you think, are you alright with that?" Paula sat down.
Andrei sat down at the accent chair, The accent chair made a few noises, and he for a moment looked at the fireplace.
"Where are you going to." He asked.
"To Tricca," Paula responded.
Andrei looked back and said.
"I accept." He drank his bottle.
