They be went towards the island and pulled the ship close to the shores.
"Alright... let's go." Hector sighed and said this after they got off the ship.
Since their warnings, pretty much everyone here was on their guard, they knew that they would not be attacked by anything but that information about forgetting stuff was too scary to ignore.
"There is the entrance to the village," Achilles said this and pointed his hand towards a cleared-out way to the woods.
"Have you been here before Achilles?" Jason asked.
"Yes... a long time ago," Achilles said this and didn't say anything more.
Jason nodded and they went towards the pathway.
This place was very weird, on the ground countless palets of sakura trees could be seen completely warping this ground pink colored, there were also many normal trees, and a mix of green and pink created an incredible atmosphere.
They went past the pathway and finally saw the village.
"Wow..." Dimas opened his eyes and exclaimed.
The village was enormous, it was comparable to a town, they could see people going around doing their jobs, most of the people here were men, there were women but not too many, and kids were running on the ground playing with each other.
The entire scene was peaceful and beautiful as well.
"There is a village here," Laszlo said and picked up a stone.
"Hey, isn't this... weird stone?" He gave it to Ivan.
Ivan checked it and said, "Indeed, this stone is not natural here, someone dug this fall and created a village over there." He looked down to see a little hill they were standing on.
"You are very knowledgeable Ivan, this place is indeed man-made, nobody knows how long has passed since this island came to fruition, but it is very confusing someone could dig an actual hill if they weren't Neus users..." Hector said this and jumped down.
*BSHHHHTTTTT*
"Jump, don't worry, i am going to catch you." He looked up and said this to everyone.
They nodded and jumped down.
Achilles didn't need to be caught so he jumped close to the village immediately.
Jason also jumped down next to Hector.
They got themselves together and went towards the entrance of the village.
The village was surrounded by a wooden wall, which was strengthened few stone spikes, and it looked like this village was wary of animals on this island.
"Oho? Visitors?" When they noticed everyone going towards the village, villagers pulled their heads up and waved their hands towards them.
"Wow... they are hospitable aren't they," Jason said this, he was used to this in his village.
"They are one of the kindest people i have ever met... i wonder if Grandma is still alive." Achilles happily rushed towards the entrance of the village.
They finally entered it.
"Greetings travelers, my name is Lou, it's nice to see you all." A middle-aged man came out to greet them.
"Greetings Lou, do you remember me?" Hector went to greet him.
"Hm? i am sorry, i don't remember who you are, please be comfortable in our little village, you can tell us what you wish for and we will make sure you guys will get it," Luo said with a smile.
Hector sighed and nodded "Follow me guys, i know a good place to rest." He said this to the crew and they went into the village.
Every villager they met was very respectful and inviting, and many of them also gave the group presents, Hector warned them not to eat any food there, but they had to be respectful so they took the gifts.
"This doesn't seem dangerous." Miloslav looked at a bun in his hand and turned it around, it looked like a normal bun.
"Yes, it may also be delicious if you just pay a little price of forgetting your entire existence, do you wish to pay that?" Achilles said this smiling.
Miloslav immediately put the bun inside the little basket they got.
"Here, this is the biggest building here." Hector led them to a big wooden shack they could enter.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
They knocked on the door.
The door opened and an old woman came out with a cane.
"Ohhh? Travelers, welcome to my house." She said this with a smile on her face.
"H...ello... Grandma" Achilles wanted to say other things but he knew she would not remember him.
"Hahahaha, you wish to stay here for a while? of course, come in." She invited them in.
Inside the shack looked very comfortable, with wool couches and a fireplace inside, they could stay here a long time.
There were also rooms you could enter from the doors on the walls.
It was a fascinating place.
"Alright, me and Achilles are going to get some resources, do not go anywhere guys! do you understand? stay here and wait before we come back." Hector said this.
"Oh come on, do we have to stay here? it's so boring..." Boris protested.
"Yes, we are going to stay here," Jason said and glared at his crew, they immediately started to whistle and looked around the shack.
"Good." Hector smiled and nodded, they went out of the house.
Jason looked around, he saw Grandma on the little rocking wooden chair next to a fireplace.
"So... what are you guys normally do in this village?" He asked.
"Hahahahahahaha... we hunt the Animals around the forest, making the village bigger, many things. indeed many things..." Grandma said this with a smile.
Jason laughed and sat on a wool couch waiting for Hector and Achilles to return.
--
3 Hours Later.
Grandma was still sitting on a rocking chair moving around.
"Uhm.... aren't you... hungry?" Laszlo asked.
"Me? no, i am not, thank you for asking... who are you guys again?" Grandma opened her eyes a little bit and asked.
Everyone sighed, this happened 3 times already, Grandma just opened her eyes and asked them who they were.
They had to explain it to her many times.
"Come on, she is old, no one else forgot us when we looked out, give it a break," Jason said this and lied back.
When they went out for fresh air, Villagers still remembered them and greeted them, looks like Grandma was too old.
*BSHHHGGG*
Door opened.
"Good news guys..." Hector and Achilles came in.
Jason opened his eyes and looked back.
"What news?" He asked.
"We got you a ship," Achilles responded with a smile.
