Milo smiled still laying on the floor before getting up and dusting his suit "She's feisty, as always" he chuckled and left the place as well. Just outside, his assistant was waiting for him "Well, Mr. Milo, were you able to achieve something today?" His assistant Nick asked him. Milo turned to look at him "Does a punch in the face and a kick to my abdomen count as an achievement? If it does, then yes. We've gotten closer" He said as they walked to the elevator and they got in. Nick pressed the button for the floor they were headed to.
"I must say, you have a feisty one" Nick commented and Milo laughed "That's the same thing I said". They got to the last floor and they both came out. They were walking to Milo's office when Nick said "I'm sorry that I could not inform you on time, so I thought maybe when you were in a good mood, I would tell you". Milo immediately stopped and turned to Nick "Nick?" he called, and that was a warning sign for Nick to better speak up and he let it loose. "Your father is here" he said but that was not all. "Your mother also" and Milo almost cried out.
"Are you kidding me Nick? And you're telling me this now?" he said in a low voice because his parents were in his office, but Nick reminded him "Your room is soundproof, sir" before retreating backwards. Milo glared at him but he knew he could not avoid them for long either ways. "I'm not done with you Nick" He said to Nick and went into his office to deal with the problems that walked to him.
Amelia got to her building and went to her office to continue the work she had left to deal with a certain someone. She got her bag from Brittney and went to her desk taking a seat and relaxing. She closed her eyes and began to think.
She thought about where her parents and where exactly they could be. She hoped so much that they were not dead. She wanted so bad to hate them for leaving her alone in this wicked world, but she also wanted to hug them and tell them how much she missed them. She made it big to give them a sign that she was ready to protect them, she was ready to conquer the world with them. The little girl in her cried for her parents.
She could not forget their faces from when she was little, neither could she forget their names because that was the only name and face she knew. She was completely secluded from the outside world. Even her father or mother's acquaintance did not know a thing about her, talking less of meeting her.
She opened her eyes back. "Eduardo, Lucille, you both better be alive in one piece. At least then I'll hate you till my heart's content and I'll love you afterwards" she said and raised herself from the office chair. She looked down at her desk and began working, but a certain file caught her attention. On the envelope was written 'confidential' in bold letters.
She took out the content of the files and saw that they were profiles of the persons she had been searching for.
Eduardo Aguilar and Lucille Aguilar.
