''Yes, CEO.'' Georgia went out to call Sabrina.

Celia turned to leave and suddenly turned back. ''I almost forgot. Vincent, I will wait for you in the office. Let's have dinner with aunt and uncle. I told them I was in California and they asked me to come home with you.'' Celia said and looked at Sabrina as she walked in. She wanted Sabrina to hear her words.

''Mm!'' Vincent nodded his head. Georgia immediately closed the door on Celia.

''How are you doing Sabrina?'' Director Eric asked.

''I'm doing well, thank you for asking.'' Sabrina replied.

''Let's see what you have for us.'' The director said to Sabrina.

''Alright!'' Sabrina took in a deep breath and her eyes met with Vincent. He gave her an intense look and she shifted her gaze.

''Sabrina… are you alright?'' Director Eric asked when he saw the short silence from Sabrina.

Sabrina opened her eyes and smiled. ''I'm fine. Mr. Maraj, can you excuse me?''

Vincent cocked his brows questionably and leaned back on his chair. ''Go ahead!'' He replied.

Sabrina smirked and walked closer to the table. She leaned closer and held Vincent's tie, pulling him closer. Both the director and Georgia were shocked but Vincent remained composed as he wanted what exactly Sabrina was up to.

Sabrina looked into Vincent's eyes saying. ''Ten years! We've known each other for ten years. I remember when I first started working for you, I made a lot of mistakes. Mistakes that could have easily gotten me fired, but you never did. Instead, you kept correcting me until I became what I am now. Thomas, I love you. I've loved you for more than five years.''

Sabrina let out a chuckle laced with bitterness. She stepped back, away from the table and continued to lock gaze with Vincent. She said in a voice filled with sadness.

''I've watched you go into different unsuccessful relationships and I've gotten heartbroken so many times, but I never gave up on the love in my heart. I don't want to be just your assistant. I want to be your woman. I want to be the one in your heart…''

Tears ran down Sabrina's cheeks. She wiped them away and continued the last stanza. ''I know, I know you are going to fire me after today, but I'm not asking you to love me back. I just want you to start looking at me. Look at me, even if it's for the last time.''

''Here is my resignation letter…'' Sabrina removed the letter she had prepared and placed it in front of Vincent. ''I'll be going to Italy for a break. The flight is in the morning. Boss, if you think it is possible between us, come and stop me from leaving. If you don't, then, I might never return again…''

Sabrina finished and chuckled. ''Director, Mr. Maraj, how was that?''

Director Eric stood up and clapped hands for Sabrina. ''I almost thought you were being real. Sabrina, I'm really impressed with the direction you took this.''

Vincent kept staring at Sabrina even after she was done. He lowered his gaze and chuckled. ''You never disappoint, Sabrina.'' He mumbled.

''Vincent, what do you think?'' Director Eric asked.

''It wasn't bad. We will give you a call if you are qualified.'' Vincent replied indifferently. He didn't want to give an obvious answer to Sabrina.

''Thank you.'' Sabrina was beyond excited.

''Call the last person in.'' Vincent turned to Georgia.

''Yes, CEO.'' Georgia looked at Sabrina and smiled before leaving.

''We will communicate the details to you later, Sabrina. Congratulations!'' director Eric said.

''Thank you.'' Sabrina smiled and went out of the room and Lucia entered.

...…

''Aunt…'' Bia ran towards Sabrina inside the lobby.

''Darling, how did it go?'' Tia asked.

''It went well, I guess. Lucia is still inside. She should be out soon.'' Sabrina replied and held Bia's hand.

''Aunt, are you done?'' Bia asked.

''Yes, but we can't leave right now. I need to talk to Mr. Maraj.'' Sabrina turned to look at the audition room.

''I want to go to the washroom. Aunt, take me to the washroom.'' Bia said, drawing Sabrina's attention.

''Bia, I will take you there. Sabrina has to wait for Mr. Maraj. Come with me.'' Tia held Bia's hand and they walked towards the washroom.

A minute later, Vincent came out with Director Eric. Lucia and Georgia were behind him.

Vincent saw the familiar bag in Sabrina's hand. It was the same bag containing the dress he gave her a few days ago.

''Sabrina, where is my sister? She told me she was here already.'' Lucia walked over and asked Sabrina.

''She went to the washroom with Bia. Lucia, wait here, I will be back.'' Sabrina replied and hurried off to catch up with Vincent.

''I asked Georgia to book a room for us. Let's have lunch together.'' Vincent said to Director Eric.

''There is no need for that. I actually have a lunch appointment. Miss Celia must be waiting for you. I won't be the third wheel.'' Director Eric said jokingly.

''Celia is like a sister to me.'' Vincent stated.

''Then, what about the one who is not a sister to you? Let me tell you, don't ever keep a woman waiting.'' Director Eric stepped closer and spoke before turning to go.

''Director…'' Sabrina was standing behind them after catching up with them.

''See you soon, Sabrina.'' Director Eric smiled and walked away.

Vincent turned and faced Sabrina. Georgia had left earlier on so it was just the two of them standing in front of the staircase.

''Does Miss Sabrina need something from me?'' Vincent asked and draped his hands inside his pockets.

''Not really. Yesterday, we… I mean myself. I was a little hasty and said the wrong words. My niece is just a little kid and doesn't know the meaning of her words. That's how kids are, isn't it? She misunderstood the situation and only thought of protecting me.'' Sabrina explained.

''Really? Is that the case?'' Vincent's words came out as a mockery.

''In any case, I want to apologize for yesterday. I also want to return the dress. It is quite expensive, so I feel a little uncomfortable keeping it.''

''Would you have kept it if it wasn't expensive?'' Vincent stepped closer to Sabrina. ''Sabrina, what exactly do you want from me? You said I wasn't attractive enough to you and that I am not your type. I am not stupid. I know you are trying to get closer to me for a reason. Tell me that reason. Maybe, I might consider it.''

''There is no reason…'' Sabrina stepped back and chuckled awkwardly. ''Mr. Maraj, I think you are reading too much into this.''

''Then, can I take it that you just came to audition and also return the dress to me?''

''Yes, that's what I came to do.'' Sabrina forced a smile.

''Then, I guess your work is done here. The audition is finished and I remember telling you to throw the dress in the trashcan if you don't want it. You can leave!'' Vincent looked at Sabrina.

''Vincent, you are here. Aunt kept calling me. She said she couldn't get through your phone.'' Celia walked down the stairs to meet Vincent. She had seen them while standing by the door and was sick of Sabrina's behavior.

''Aunt said we should come home early for dinner. Since you are done, take me to the department store first. I want to buy a gift for Aunt.'' Celia attempted to hold Vincent's hand and he stepped away.

''Is there anything else, Miss Sabrina?'' Celia asked.

''No! Excuse me!'' Sabrina turned and saw Tia coming out of the washroom with Bia. She walked over to them and they left the company building. As they walked out, Vincent gazed keenly at Sabrina.

''Vincent, let's go. Aunt is waiting.'' Celia grabbed Vincent's hand.

''Let's go.'' Vincent released his hand from Celia's grip and walked away. Celia frowned.

''Who is that woman with Mr. Maraj?'' Tia asked Sabrina as she started the car.

''Sis, don't even get me started. That is Celia Manu. The popular child actress who grew up in Hollywood.'' Lucia shook her head.

''That's Celia Manu? She looks smallish in person, but she is pretty.'' Tia commented.

''What is the use of the beauty when her character is nasty. Earlier on, she had a face-off with Sabrina, trying to act all mighty and self-righteous. She tried to embarrass Sabrina in front of everyone. If Mr. Maraj hadn't arrived just in time, I don't know what would have happened.'' Lucia explained.

''What? Darling, what is she talking about?'' Tia looked at Sabrina through the mirror.

''It's nothing trivial. Georgia wanted to me sign an autograph for her and I called Vincent a stone face. Celia heard it and made a big deal out of it.'' Sabrina replied and yawned tiredly.

''She demanded an apology on behalf of Mr. Maraj. She was been unreasonable in so many ways. As if that wasn't enough, she told Sabrina to forget about playing the main female role.'' The more Lucia thought about what happened, the angrier she became.

''All that angelic behavior she puts for the public is a façade. She is a mean person.'' Lucia added.

''Forget about her.'' Sabrina closed her eyes.
