Natalie and Sophia came back to the mansion feeling like champions after their awesome day with the wedding planner. Sophia kept praising Natalie calling her a genius for the fantastic idea she had earlier. But Natalie brushed it off, insisting Sophia would've considered going to a wedding planner too if she had been thinking clearly about the situation.
Their laughter faded away as they made their way through the entrance of the mansion, their happy bubble bursting when it collided with what seemed to be a confrontation between Natalie's uncle and her father-in-law.
Sophia leaned in and whispered in Natalie's ear, "Whatever is happening between those two, we better stop it from escalating."
Natalie gave a quick nod and they both hurried to the living room. There, they found Jack sitting on the sofa with his legs crossed while Alonso Senior glared at him snobbishly. The two men completely ignored Natalie and Sophia walking in.
