The woman in Silas' grasp suddenly backed away as she fell on her knees.
"You... You're nether realm's emperor and ruler of hell. The man marked with three lines on the left side of his face." The woman stuttered as she looked at the 'Z' shaped scar on his cheek.
The woman managed to stand up after a while and then she looked at Silas with a smile.
"My father told me that one day, the saviour who the heavens labelled as 'the devil', will be back, to finally set heaven straight, once and for all." The woman kept talking and then she got in front of Silas and she knelt down in front of him.
"My name is Minova. Please let me serve you." The woman said as she was on her knees and the people all around were confused about what was happening.
Silas now had a chance to look at her properly and then he noticed that she had long, curly brown hair and a cute face. She was beautiful and elegant but a few imperfections on her skin like little scars showed that she wasn't a cultivator and made her imperfect. But then again she's human, just like him.
"Rise. Minova." Silas said with a subtle smirk on his lips.
Minova stood up and adjusted her gown and then she looked at the utterly confused and silent crowd.
"My fellow rebels. Behold, the man of the revelation!" She said, quite excited of the fact that's she's standing close to an iconic figure who has a mark in heaven's history.
"The marked man? Really?"
"He looks a bit too handsome than described."
"Wow. Does this mean the wait is over?"
"He's supposed to be able to wield the nether."
"Why is he dressed like those players?"
Question after question came from the crowd and then Minova raised her hand and silenced everyone.
"I see a lot of you are doubting if he is the one who world's the nether. Master, a demonstration, please." Minova said as she moved back excitedly and Silas breathed out as he stretched his hand in front of him, his palm facing upwards.
A black cube emerged from his palm as if his skin turned to black water to let it out. It floated above his palm and then Silas was wrapped in a transparent purple aura as he floated off of the ground.
He opened his eyes to reveal them glowing and then he snapped his finger and everything from within a thirty metres radius froze, turning black and white.
The ones outside of the field were amazed and then everything the paused time-space deactivated and Silas landed on the ground.
'Argh, my head hurts.' Silas thought as he shook his head.
He landed on the ground again and everyone there in the hall had happy and excited smiled on their faces.
"Don't get too excited, everyone. The journey that we're about to begin, some may see the end of it, some may not. However, we will achieve our goal." Silas said with clenched fists and then he looked onwards.
"If any of you want to quit now, I'll understand." Silas said as he scanned the crowd for anyone who would want to leave.
A few murmurs from everywhere began to arise as the people looked at Silas.
"He's really the one. Now that I think about it, I never thought about 'what's next'."
"Yeah, how do we bring down the heavens when we don't even have power?"
"Fuck, why am I just thinking about this now?"
People were talking and chattering here and there and then a this landed at the drop zone and then everyone looked back to see Juliet dragging an unconscious guard towards them.
"Her..."
"She was just beside the saviour Silas."
"Who saw her leave?"
"She's powerful!"
A lot of murmurs and voices came from all directions and Juliet just dragged the guard towards Silas and then dropped the man in the open space.
Silas was shocked as he doesn't still know how powerful Juliet is. As the guardian of hell who has lived thousands of years, she had to be undoubtedly powerful.
"Master, a cultivator. I thought he would be a good example of the greater good." Juliet said and then she looked at Silas who was staring at her bitterly.
"I don't remember asking you to bring him." Silas said in a very low voice.
"Don't worry, when he wakes up, you'll know why he'll be a good example." Juliet said with a smile as she walked over to the guard. Claws came out of her fingers, elongating to dangerous lengths, and then she struck at the man's neck with a single finger and he stood up immediately.
Juliet walked back to Silas' side calmly and then they observed the man.
"What's going on?"
"That's a city guard!"
"Oh, no."
"Fuck, the girl brought him here."
"We're dead."
The people began getting scared and then Silas looked at the guard who stood up with wobbly feet.
"Where the hell am I?" He said as he gazed around and then he noticed no powerful presence in the place, he felt pain in his neck and then he touched his wound on his neck.
"Mortals?" His face twisted in disgust as he looked around and then he looked at Silas who was close to a throne.
"How did I get here?" He asked, but before anyone could speak, he just shook his head while chuckling.
"I was probably knocked out by the chief of the guards and one of you brought me here. But no worries, I was looking for someone to practice my new technique on." The guard smiled and then he chose the wrong target.
He dashed towards Silas, lightning sparking on his finger tips and as he reached before Silas, a black transparent barrier suddenly appeared in front of Silas and the guard was sent flying backwards as he crashed hard against the barrier.
Silas walked in front of the man who stood up, looking shocked and confused.
"W... What the hell is going on?" The guard said as the lightning gathered around his arms this time.
As he dashed forward with great speed, Silas bent down and struck his fist straight forward and hit the guards chest, breaking the armor and then the guard fell on his knees.
"How?" The guard said as he struggled to breathe.
"Witness, everyone. This... Is the revelation." Silas said as he put the bare part of his fingers on the guards head and then suddenly, Silas felt strings of energy connect all around the guards spirit and then a black void formed where his spirit core was supposed to be and it devoured everything.
Silas pulled his hand away and pulled whatever Qi remained in the guards body and he absorbed it as Chi.
Silas moved backwards and then the guard stood up and was looking at himself.
"My power... What did you do to me?" The guard asked and Silas replied;
"I took your cultivation away. You will no longer threaten and oppress the weak with your power." Siilas' words shocked all the people there and even Minova had wide eyes as she heard that.
