A few days later, David's new VR machine finally arrived. It was the same one he used in Tom's basement, and he secretly bought it through one of his friend's servants. During those days, David started testing his physical prowess. He realised that he was now as good as a university-level athlete and might be able to beat Jason in a one-on-one fight.
Another essential thing David checked over the past few days was the effects of synchronising the system in the real world. He could take out food items like bread and potions, but other items or weapons refused to be summoned when he tried to. To test it further, he noticed that the potions quickly lost their efficiency and turned into water when summoned into the real world.
