'Planet Yardrat? How did they locate it so quickly? This isn't similar to how it happened in the original. A butterfly effect of this magnitude, and I haven't even taken a single step outside of this room,' Frieza thought, maintaining an indifferent expression.
Feigning ignorance, I inquire, "What makes this planet so 'unique'?"
"Lord Frieza, the inhabitants are said to possess peculiar powers such as Teleportation and many other peculiar techniques, something that could prove quite advantageous for your mighty army," the soldier explained.
"Peculiar powers, you say? How interesting," I replied, a malicious glint in my eye.
"Set a course for Planet Yardrat. I wish to witness these abilities firsthand," I commanded.
"But, my Lord, why—" The soldier's question was cut short as a sudden beam pierced his heart.
"I wonder, did the privilege of delivering information to me directly make you so bold?" Frieza mused aloud to the lifeless body. "Dispose of him," he ordered the remaining soldier, his voice laced with disdain and disinterest.
"Y-yes, my Lord," the soldier stammered, visibly shaken by the abrupt turn of events, scurrying to comply with Frieza's command.
After everyone left, the echoes of their departure left me with an unsettling feeling. 'That bastard was watching me,' I thought, my mind instinctively settling on the image of that meddling Kaio (King Kai) But why? I couldn't sense Ki, so how did I know someone was observing me? I don't think even people who can sense Ki can do that. Well, it might be a really useful ability, knowing when someone's eyes were on me. Perhaps it would come in handy later. I did give quite a show earlier. I suppose he must be used to my brutality.
"Was he trying to gauge my decision about Planet Vegeta?" I pondered aloud, the question lingering in the emptiness of my chamber. Of course, his interest was in the fate of one of the mightiest races(The Saiyans) in the universe. Truly a stupid question.
And then there were Goku and Vegeta I almost had forgotten about them it must be because I was busy being Frieza. Should I let them live, or would ending them be the wiser choice? No this isn't a small decision that I can easily take I have to think of the consequences carefully.
But, as expected, taking a life was not as hard of a task as I had imagined. It felt like nothing, a realization that washed over me as I stared at the stars from the spaceship. A subtle chuckle escaped my lips. I truly had become Frieza, and it was oddly amusing.
"No point in dwelling on my past morality," I muttered, pushing aside lingering thoughts. Stepping out of my room, a solemnity settled within as I prepared to head for Planet Yardrat. The decisions ahead hung in the air like a heavy cloud, and beneath the guise of Frieza, a subtle ache echoed—an ache for the humanity I once possessed.
After some time had passed
So this is Planet Yardrat I say while looking at a green planet from my spaceship
As Frieza, the emperor of the universe, descends on Planet Yardrat, he addresses the gathered Yardratians with an air of authority.
"People of Yardrat, subjects of this humble empire, you now stand witness to the arrival of greatness. I am Frieza, ruler of galaxies, and I have graced your lowly planet with my presence. Fear not; I bring not only power but also an opportunity for your kind to thrive under my benevolence. Swear allegiance to me, and you shall know prosperity. Resist, and face the consequences of defying the mightiest force in the cosmos. Choose wisely, for the fate of Yardrat lies in your hands."
My piercing gaze sweeps over the gathered Yardratians, their expressions a mix of awe and trepidation. The air crackles with tension as I await their response. Just as the silence threatens to become oppressive, the elder of the Yardratians emerges. Time seems to slow as the elderly figure steps forward, his eyes holding a wisdom earned through the ages. The Yardratians hush in anticipation, their attention shifting from me to their venerable leader. The elder raises a hand, a gesture to calm the murmurs among his people. His voice, weathered yet unwavering, resonates across the gathering.
"Great Frieza, we, the people of Yardrat, recognize your might and the power you bring. In the face of such undeniable strength, we choose the path of prudence. We pledge our allegiance to you, for the prosperity of our planet and its inhabitants." A ripple of acknowledgement courses through the Yardratians as they lower their heads in a show of submission. I, Frieza, receive their allegiance with a satisfied nod, "A wise decision indeed as expected from such an elder like you" The stage is set for Yardrat's destiny to unfold under the shadow of my empire.
Having secured their loyalty, I reveal my true purpose for coming – to learn the unique teleportation techniques of Yardrat. In a surprising display of humility, I bowed before the Yardratian elder, a gesture that seemed quite surprising to my fellow Soldiers beside me with my terrifying reputation. "Great elder of Yardrat, I am Frieza, the emperor of the universe. But today I come not as a conqueror but as a humble seeker. I have heard whispers of your extraordinary teleportation techniques, and I beseech you to share this knowledge with me. In return, I offer the might and protection of my empire."
The Yardratian elder, a seasoned figure with eyes that held the weight of centuries, studied me intently. Sensing the unmistakable presence of malice in my Ki, he raised an eyebrow. "Your aura betrays a darkness within, Lord Frieza. The very essence of our techniques lies in purity and discipline. Why would one such as yourself seek such knowledge?"
In that moment, I allowed sincerity to creep into my demeanour, a rare vulnerability. "Elder, I have conquered galaxies and crushed opposition, but there are realms beyond my grasp. The power to traverse space instantaneously is a tool I desire for the expansion of my dominion. I am willing to learn, to embrace the teachings of Yardrat if you would guide me."
The elder closed his eyes, focusing on the fluctuations in my Ki. After a pregnant pause, he nodded. "Though darkness lingers within, I sense a sincerity in your pursuit of knowledge. You wish to learn, not to destroy. Very well, Lord Frieza. We shall teach you our ways, but remember, with great power comes great responsibility."
As I concealed a smirk behind the facade of gratitude, I remarked in my mind, Indeed, dear elder, my true sincerity lies in not dying.
