And, due to civilian unrest that was the result of increasing pressure from eastern continents, and being under threat of a coalition-war from an alliance of three Fiberi-Descendant kingdoms, the revolutionaries seek to dispose of the current government to establish dominance in the continent, they claim they are more than capable of doing so, as the government does not plan to fire first against the coalition. And, amidst the revolutionaries, is one man who is considered a tactician of utmost intelligence and wits, Zalvo Laesandrovitch, that man is considered one of the four keys to the revolution's success, along with his apprentice, Fiberonius Tyreone, a promising tactician who is also a magnificent warrior, and two other generals. Chapter 1 - Chapter 0 - Where the Fiberi Once Stood

Bloodshed.

-"HYAH!"

Everywhere..

Blood..

Allies lost.

-"NO! DON'T YOU DARE DIE ON ME! WE'VE COME SO FAR!"

Kingdoms felled.

Kingdoms risen.

-"Let there be peace, for today,

It is the day the world cowers at the might of the Fiberi!"

And now, now is the time.

The time for division.

The time where the glories of the past are split seven ways.

Seven paths.

Seven kingdoms.

-"Oi, Zalvo!"

-"Hm?"

A young man on the smaller side, with straight crimson red hair, with an exhausted look on his face approached a man who seemed to be in his late thirties.

"What is it, Fiberonius?"

The older man, who was standing over a cliff overlooking the capital of the kingdom of Ilya-Fiberi, one of the seven kingdoms of the Fiberi heritage, asked the person who had just come, Fiberonius, what is it that he wanted.

The exhausted Fiberonius, who seemed to have come running from who knows where, responded with a visible delay between each word, as he was catching his breath.

-"...The general.. Requests.. Your audience..

I.. Came.. Running..

Ahhhhh..."

Fiberonius fell over backwards after finishing his sentence, he was that tired.

Zalvo approached Fiberonius and helped him up.

-"Alright then, let's go.

We can't afford to waste time, we can walk for a bit then we'll have to pick up the pace."

Zalvo finished talking and Fiberonius was frustrated that he had to walk back so far, but he got up.

He was, after all, a fighter, a knight of the revolution that is to come, he had to persevere even in the toughest of times.

And, after the walk begun, Fiberonius asked Zalvo something.

-"Say.. Zalvo.."

Fiberonius seemed to want to ask something, but he was hesitant.

-"Speak up, nothing is hidden between us soldiers of the revolution."

Taking a deep breath then speaking, Fiberonius gave Zalvo a question.

-"If.. You knew..

If you knew that certain death was at the end of the path.. Would you still go thro-"

Zalvo put a hand on Fiberonius' shoulder.

-"You need not continue that question, for the answer is clear.

I fight for the sake of all the people.

I fight for the sake of ceasing the pathetic state of this country.

I fight to reclaim a heritage long lost.

If I were to die, there would be thousands of people other than me more than well-capable of doing my job.

Besides, where did you get the idea that I haven't considered that?

I've had that question circle inside my head for a long, long time.

But, now is not the time to even think of such trivial things.

I have made my mind long ago.

Death, be it my end or not, is merely a hindrance for what I am; the revolution itself.

We are all the revolution, and the revolution is us.

When a soldier falls, the war is not lost, no?"

Zalvo finished his speech, as they kept their movement.

-"I see..."

Fiberonius plastered a small smile on his face for the remainder of the way, whilst both of them stayed silent.

This is why he is my mentor, my teacher.

Brave, strong, unshakeable.

What better idol-figure could you look up to?

~~ Intermission ~~

Hello readers, author here, you might be wondering, why'd the story get suddenly cut off?

Well, there will be an intermission part in chapters here and there, they serve to explain major stuff that play a vital part to the story.

Beginning with our first intermission, Zalvo Laesandrovitch!

---------------------

Name: Zalvo Laesandrovitch

Title: First Key, The Generalis

Bounty: 10,000,000 Fiberi Soulere (Extremely High)

Weapon: Basilisk's Tooth (Class S Weapon - Descendant Weapon)

Characteristics: Zalvo is a tall man with a decently large body, he is 37 years old, and has immense experience in the field of tactics and even in combat.

He is, to his allies, a man of great attitude, commanding the respect of any who come across him, but, you can not exactly say he is "kind", as he acts only on what the situation demands.

If so it happens to be that a soldier fails a command, he will show disappointment.

The only person he does not include in these changes of mood is Fiberonius, the future star tactician he taught and practically raised.

He has great experience in the field of sword play, using his Class S weapon, "Basilisk's Tooth".

Background:

To understand who Zalvo is, we must trace his family.

The Laesandrovitch family (Shortened to Laesandro), is a descendant family of the original Fiberi dynasty, and one of two other families of the same descent.

The Laesandro family is known for its production of many a tacticians and generals, most notable is Kobrejau, a tactician who works currently for the revolutionaries, even though he hails from the southern part of the continent.

Now, the Laesandro family can be considered a noble family, and most noble families have "Descendant Weapons", those weapons are sacred heritage to each family.

This is where Zalvo's weapon came to be, the "Basilisk's Tooth", a Descendant Weapon from when his family first came to be, not much is known about the weapon except that it's supposedly from an ancient beast's mouth, but Zalvo believes no such myths.

Now, Zalvo's origin is that he was once a person of high stature in Ilya-Fiberi, he held multiple positions within the country, but, at one point, he defected to the revolutionaries, and since then, he has refused to elaborate on his former life as an Ilya-Fiberi high-ranker.

Since he joined the revolutionaries, he has climbed the ranks at super speed, without so much of a hindrance between him and the highest ranks, and, all of that is rightfully so, his skill in strategy and logistics made the revolutionaries swing over many cities to their side.

Many rumors circle about Zalvo, ranging from minor to major ones, but the one that seems to be most discussed is that he has a wife he keeps hidden, and, more importantly, he has a son.

Zalvo seems to have kept them under wraps in Ilya-Fiberi, absolutely severing any links between him and them to ensure their safety.

The leader of the revolutionaries has asked him to bring them under the revolutionaries' wing for even more safety, but Zalvo flat out denied, stating that he wants them to live out normal life under no visible fear of death.

That is how Zalvo's resolve goes.

This concludes the first chapter, and the first intermission.

Short as it is, it's a prologue.

Thanks for the read.
