After Arthur contacted the Hunters Guild to report the Spinner he had witnessed, he promptly received a summons from the Guild officer to meet with the Guild Master.
"Ah, I always get nervous when I meet Master. Not only is Master a rank 5 hunter but also one of the strongest hunters in the world," Arthur mused to himself, his thoughts swirling with a mix of respect and apprehension.
'It always surprises me that they haven't created ranks above 5. I'm certain Master and a few others would have easily surpassed their current ranks.'
'I heard stories that higher ranks existed, but why do they no longer exist? I wonder if the measuring device is just not capable?'
