Rating Game Arena
When Serefall's initial effusion subsided a bit, Riser decided to broach a more serious subject.
"Serefall, when do you think I'll become an Ultimate-Class Devil? And Merlin, when will she be promoted to High-Class Devil?" he asked, his expression serious, indicating he was considering the next step in his ascent to the top of the underworld.
"Well, well, Riser-chan, are you in a hurry?" replied Serefall with her usual playful banter. "I think we should organize a special event to celebrate your ascension to Ultimate-Class Devil. After all, it's not every day someone achieves such an incredible feat!"
"As for Merlin, we just need to take her to Ajuka to get her Evil Pieces," Serefall suggested, shrugging casually.
Riser pondered Serefall's suggestions for a moment before deciding his next move.
"Do you need some time to talk to him?"
"No need, I had already talked to him. We just need to go to his laboratory," Serefall replied.
"Shall we go now then?"
"No, I have matters to attend to with Tannin. After all, I am the judge of this Rating. And don't you want to talk to him?" Serefall asked.
"I'll pass, I'm going home. When you can take Merlin, give me a call."
"I'll do that, bye Riser-chan," Serefall bid farewell as she teleported out of the arena, leaving behind a trail of colorful energy.
"Let's go too, Merlin," Riser ordered.
"Yes, Riser-sama."
With a snap of his fingers, the two of them teleported, leaving the arena behind.
In the medical sector, Tannin lay on a stretcher, an expression of pain etched on his draconic face. He looked up as Serefall entered the room, his single eye fixing on her with a mixture of curiosity and resignation.
"Serefall," he greeted with a nod.
"Tannin, how are you feeling?"
"Like a dragon without an arm," replied Tannin, his voice tinged with bitterness. "But I'll survive."
Serefall approached the stretcher, her eyes examining the wound carefully. "Have you taken Phoenix Tears to accelerate the healing?"
"Yes, I've already taken a dose, but it'll take some time to fully recover. After all, it was Ascalon that severed my arm, a sword feared by dragons."
Serefall sighed, understanding the gravity of the situation. "I'm sorry, Tannin. It's a serious injury."
"Yes, it is. Perhaps it's time to consider retirement from the Rating Games. My fellow dragons need someone to look after them, and I can't do that if I'm constantly putting myself in danger," reflected Tannin, pondering his future.
Serefall nodded, respecting Tannin's decision. "I understand. I wish you luck, wherever your journey may take you."
With those farewell words, Serefall left Tannin to rest, knowing he needed time to recuperate and consider his future. Meanwhile, she would turn her attention to other matters, confident that Tannin would find his way, whatever decision he made.

Tokyo
Ruval was relaxing in the hot tub of his luxurious apartment in Tokyo, with a breathtaking view of the city at night. Beside him were two beautiful women, laughing and chatting animatedly as they toasted to Riser's victory in the Rating Game.
"Did you see Riser's performance today? He was absolutely amazing!" exclaimed one of the women, her eyes shining with admiration.
Ruval smiled gently, feeling proud of his younger brother. "Yes, he really surprised everyone with his strength and skill. It's impressive to see how much he's changed in such a short time."
"I wonder what it's like to have a brother as talented as Riser," commented the other woman, looking at Ruval curiously.
Ruval sighed, reflecting on his relationship with his younger brother. "It's a mixture of admiration and responsibility. On one hand, I'm incredibly proud of what he's achieved. On the other hand, I feel the pressure to live up to our family's expectations."
"But you're amazing too, Ruval," said one of the women, placing her hand on his arm affectionately. "You're in the top 10 of the Rating Game, after all. That's quite an achievement!"
Ruval thanked her for the compliment with a grateful smile, but still felt a twinge of envy when thinking about Riser's success. He wondered what it would be like if he had entered the top 10 at Riser's age.
"Sometimes, I find myself wondering what it would be like if Riser became the new head of the family," Ruval confessed, with a resigned sigh. "I could simply enjoy life as a dominant CEO, without having to worry about all the responsibilities."
