When Vera entered the fight, she knew Null was holding back against her because then he didn't block her attack with his bare hands like it was nothing or smash through her barrier with a single hit.
She feels herself getting pulled then stops right in front of Null, who grabs her and smashes her against her friends.
"Telekinesis?" she said in confusion. 'I thought his V.P. was regeneration!' she thought. Her vision was blurry from the pain she was in.
"Burn!" the red-haired boy shouted shooting a huge fire blast at Null.
It surprised them when Null suddenly let out a huge icy blast. This caused a huge explosion and a free steam bath.
When the steam finally cleared, Null's appearance had changed slightly. Horns that looked almost holographic were forming.
Liam who was watching all this unfold immediately knew what was happening. He took out the two pills from his pocket and busted the door open. 'We are not about to have an early genocide,' he thought, going straight to attack Null.
Null stopped him mid attack and they were interlocked, both struggling to overpower each other.
"Snap out of this, Sunshine!" Liam said frowning.
Null didn't seem to respond to him. He is hell-bent on finishing what was started. 'I have to find a way for him to take his medication,' he thought.
He was slightly caught off guard when Null headbutted him and threw him across the room at high speeds.
Fortunately, he was able to catch himself. He doesn't use his ability against Null, that is only if he wants this fight to continue further.
Energy draining wouldn't work for Null in this state. The only way to defeat Null is to do something that has probably not been done to him before.
His nose was bleeding from it being broken as well. The taste of his blood is exciting.
Null attacks him. This was simply them just trying to overpower each other with strong attacks. Neither of them used V.P. when fighting.
Liam didn't use V.P. because he was sure that Null would pick it up and evolve to counter it. That's how the monster's ability worked back then and if Null had part of that monster's DNA then he wouldn't want to use V.P. or weapons against him.
Liam had an idea of what to do and he smirked. "Sorry battle angel, but this is where it ends," he said. Their hands were interlocked above their heads.
Liam suddenly releases one of the hands pushes Null away all of a sudden and pulls him back, causing him to spin and hold him like they are dancing.
And he held him while Null struggled. He used the energy-draining V.P. and began quickly draining energy from him. Holding him with one hand, while he takes out Null's medication out of his pocket.
He realized Null stopped struggling. 'Is he regaining his consciousness,' he thought.
When Null swings his head back, he realizes he isn't conscious yet and is still in fact struggling. His mouth bled by the force.
He sucked his blood in irritation.
He holds Null even tighter. He sees soldiers come in with guns and finally realizes that Vera and her friends are no longer there. "Stand down!" he said as Null continued to struggle.
He was not struggling away, instead, he was struggling toward the soldiers probably from seeing the weapons.
Liam struggled to open Null's mouth. "Liam!" Vera shouted, she seemed to have recovered from being nearly killed.
Liam ignores her and pops the pills into his lip turns Null's face to his and kisses him, forcing him to open his mouth put the pills in his mouth, and cover his mouth, tackling him down and still covering his mouth hence forcing Null to swallow the pill.
'This better work,' he thought watching Null for any changes. The horns slowly disappeared and the streaks in his eyes reduced, but they were still there only faded like a scar.
Null blinked twice at him as if he just realized what he had done. He began to tear up, the streaks in his eyes turned blue as he was crying. He was very confused by this. "Why is water--"
Liam's heart softened. "Sunshine," he said then hugged him while Null was desperately trying to wipe his tears. 'Poor baby, he doesn't know how he feels right now.'
He used the energy-draining V.P. on Null until he fell unconscious. He carried Null and walked to the door. The soldiers didn't move an inch.
He looks at Vera. "Where are your friends?" he asked coldly.
"In the medical center," Vera replied timidly.
"Oh... Celebrate with them because you are lucky to be alive," he said. "Don't report to headquarters," he said to the soldiers. "This wasn't something that couldn't be resolved by me. He isn't dead either, just sleeping. Destruction was minimal, we might need a new training room."

Hannah was awoken by the sound of her phone ringing. "It's f**king twelve," she grumbles when she looks at the time on her alarm.
She picks up the phone. "Hannah here, and this had better be good," she said tiredly.
"This is Liam."
Hannah wakes up almost immediately. "What happened to Null?" she asked hurriedly.
"Lost control of himself and began the transformation," Liam replied. "He's back to normal now though," he said.
"Were you guys attacked or--"
"He was being bullied and he became angry," he replied.
"And you just let it happen?" Hannah exclaimed.
"Well, to be honest when he went to confront them he did ask me not to follow him and I didn't think that would happen," Liam said almost sheepishly but Hannah could tell he was pretending.
"Nobody was killed though?" she said.
"No," Liam replied and Hannah sighed in relief. "Wait wasn't he meant to be taking his medications?"
"He refused before he went to fight," Liam replied.
Hannah whistled. "He must have been very angry then," she muttered. "Then how did you stop him?"
"By forcing him to take his medication," Liam replied.
"And how did you do that?" Hannah asked.
Liam cleared his throat. "Let's not--"
"I can always ask my baby and he'll tell me," Hannah said in a sing-song voice.
"Mouth to mouth," Liam said dejectedly.
Hannah paused. "What!"
"Relax no need to scream in my ear!" Liam said.
"How can I not? You just stole my child's first kiss and I didn't get it on camera," she said in a sad voice.
"I didn't steal his first kiss," Liam said defensively. "He gave a girl mouth-to-mouth after he nearly killed her."
"That isn't a kiss, it's mouth-to-mouth. Was it caught on camera?" she asked.
"You are weird," Liam said. "Anyway I've come to report a change in Null," he said.
"What is it?"
"It seems Null's emotions show through his eyes... Literally," he said.
"What emotions?" Hannah said excitedly.
"Red for anger and blue for sadness. I think today was Null's first time crying."
"Hmm," Hannah hummed. "I'm coming to see him tomorrow, hopefully by tomorrow afternoon," she said. "I'll call when I arrive and I want you to have Null at the medical center."
"Of course."
