Trisha had gotten ready to leave with Elle. However, she had mixed feelings about the bat they had planned on going.
She wanted to talk about the situation with Collin, and at the same time she didn't want to talk about it.
Her train of thoughts however was interrupted when her phone rang again.
Picking up the phone, she got the memo to stop thinking and finish getting her makeup done, as it was Elle who was calling.
Trisha had put her mom to sleep, the poor woman couldn't handle another shock, not after what happened earlier in the day.
She stepped out to see Elle in her SUV. Trisha always thought Elle was unconventional for a lady.
You would think she was queer, but Elle loved "tatted guys". She just loved adventure, and her things were just an extension of her.
It was even more strange to see Elle in a dress, with makeup done, standing next to an SUV that belonged to her
Taking in deep breaths, Trisha closed the door behind her and headed towards Elle.
They could have the drink later, now, the curiosity was killing her, and she needed to know.
The confrontation was going to have to happen eventually.
"I don't want to have a drink anymore, I want to do something else!", Trisha said as soon as she came face to face with Elle.
The conversation between them started out strange , but the ladies have been practically sisters since they were born.
And by then, Elle already had an inkling, but she wasn't so sure yet.
"Then what do you want to do?", Elle asked, looking at Trisha from top to bottom, and finally realizing why Trisha was in Trousers and not in a dress on Girl's date night.
"Let's go over to Collin's place. I want to talk to him!",Trisha exclaimed, getting it out of her mouth before she wouldn't be able to say it.
She continued, "But, the problem is I don't even know where he stays!", Trisha sighed dramatically, hinting that Elle should do something about it, because Elle was a cop.
Elle was far ahead of her, she already had his address. She planned to confront him if Trisha wasn't going to do it.
"I already have it!",
"What?, how do you even have it! I literally just mentioned my idea ten seconds ago!"
Elle laughed, opening the passenger's seat and motioning for Trisha to get in.
"Come on!"
She continued after she sat at the driver's seat and buckled her seat belt. "I was going to talk to him, but I wasn't so sure yet!"
With that, Elle started the engine of the vehicle, and with that, they drove towards Colin's apartment complex.
The whole ride, Trisha felt nervous, the multiple what ifs were making her stomach twist into the most difficult knot.
She started twiddling with her ring, the one Collin had proposed to her with. It had become a habit she had developed after he had engaged.
Trisha stared down at the ring wondering if everything Elle told her was the truth.
"You ready!?"Elle asked Trisha as they stepped out of the car.
Nodding her head, they headed towards Collin's floor.
When the elevator dinged open, they headed to the apartment that Elle had described. 205!
"What now?!", Trisha asked, trying to open the door and seeing it was locked.
"Maybe he isn't around!", she suggested, trying to back away, afraid of whatever was behind the door.
"You forget I'm the cop!", Elle said, before removing a bobby pin from her hair and using the pin to pick the lock on the door.

Collin and Adriana who were in the master bedroom were so engrossed in the passion of love making that they didn't hear the front door creak open, or the footsteps that followed.
Loud moaning, followed by heavy breaths and creaking noises filled the room on the far right as they continued to enjoy themselves.
The noise was loud enough for Trisha and Elle to hear by the front door.
Trisha recognized those voices, and she was no baby to not know what they were doing , and so, she burst into tears as her feet led her to the room.
Tears streamed down her face as she approached the room.
As soon as she opened the door for both of them to come in, Adriana and Collin abruptly stopped what they were engrossed in, using the blankets to cover what was already seen.
That was all Trisha needed to see before she slid the engagement ring off of her ring finger and threw it towards Collin and Adriana.
"Trisha wait, wait, it's not what you think it is!", Collin said, trying to stop her. This seemed to piss Adriana off as she looked at Trisha and Elle with pure disgust and looked at Collin with disbelief.
"Then what is it?", Trisha fired back, anger and sadness laced in her voice.
As if taking the hint from Adriana, Collin said, "You're right, it's what you think it is!", Collin said before Trisha shook her head.
"Unbelievable!", she spat before she stomped out of the room.
Elle looked at both of them with disbelief before she also walked out of the irritating scene in front of her.
As soon as they heard the front door close shut, Adriana stood up, throwing the blanket at Collin's face.
"This has completely ruined the plan. You heard me! She wasn't supposed to find out!", Adriana shrieked, pacing the room with no clothes on.
"Well she found out! So we better be fast!", Collin said, referring to whatever plan they were talking about.
"Yeah, I need to call dad!", Adriana said, reaching for her phone. But, not before Collin pulled her to the bed.
"You can do that later! Now, you have to take care of this!", he said before they continued from where they were interrupted.
