CHAPTER 4
The thundering heaven depicted the changes in fate and astrologers died due to backlash. The final son of the family was not someone could kill. The death of each lord meant losing luck from each nation. The power of the world was not something the mortal could stand against and they formed kingdoms. The kingdom had the king and the lord, leading humanity to the top. The last heir to the lordship position was made the lord.
Lord Renly woke up to find out that he had become a lord. The power he had was unlimited divine energy. His body had a unit divine energy and for each unit divine energy consumed, his body would have more divine energy. He was now a god. Gods were different as divine energy was just below void energy and face the void. But no matter what, they will never be able to break through to chaos to become a chaos being.
Using true divine energy was easy as the energy could do whatever he wanted to do. He started using the divine energy to increase the growth of the plants under his territory. He called the people under him and informed him that he would be using his power to increase the growth of crops. Seeing his power, the scribes were happy he sent them back. The power was used to create more crops and the harvest was bountiful. Fifty percent of the food was given to the lord. The lord's never gave any tax to the king as the king himself had territory under him.
The prosperity of Lord Renly's region was not something that the other lords could tolerate. Even though lords were to be kept alive, there were other methods to take care of it. There was no way to kill him and even replacing him would do no good due to the fact that only he had the power. The other lords tried to ask him for help and he exchanged iron and other resources for the increasing the growth of the resources. Mages were available in this world and the power of the mages were high. The power of the mages was under the lords and there was no thing the mages could do to go against the sky. The mages driven by the lords tried to find the secret of the spell and was unable to do so. They could only be sad knowing that lord Renly's prosperity had nothing to do with them.
The sadness of the people had nothing to do with the lords and the prosperity of the world had nothing to do with the world. It was nothing more than jealousy that drove the gods to plot against each other and what are humans in front of gods?
The lords decided to use the power to use different methods to get the spell. Renly got angry and directly used his power to kill all the people sent against him. The lords were angry at the fact and the king declared Renly to be punished. What has not Renly seen? He smiled and killed the king in front of everyone. None of the soldiers were able to come near him and all the spells of the mages failed. The lord Renly was known as the unshakable tyrant and the one who must not be crossed.
Renly did not care much for the people. He just wanted to enjoy some time. He directly used his divine powers just for fun. He created plagues in other areas and created the cure In his area. He used his divine power to modify the genes of all the people to make them absolutely loyal to him. He used the divine power to increase the luck of his territory. It was interesting to find out the truth. He got tired and lay down, waiting for death. Trillion of years had passed. The divine energy was released from his body continuously to the outside which was absorbed by the people. The world had become a divine kingdom where even the new-born was a god. When he was finally enjoying everything the world was wiped out by the aftermath of fighting of two chaos gods.
The sage of reincarnation roared at the void with extreme sadness. He accelerated his thought to infinity and just was left to his remorse. His mind was only filled with two things. Infinity fear towards the chaos gods and infinity yearning to be one.
Infinity was not something void could cross but chaos being could. The war of chaos broke through the void. The sage fell in the chaos and his innate consciousness came in contact with chaos energy that knew no bounds. The consciousness of the sage, filled with fear and yearning absorbed the chaos energy for eternity, hoping one day to incarnate as a chaos god fearing the chaos gods.
