Chereads / Innate Chaos Gods / Chapter 23 - PROLOGUE

Chapter 23 - PROLOGUE

Gods fight and mortals suffer. Mortals never knew the truth of the world and thought their village to be the world and the gods destroyed their multiverse. Two gods were fighting in the void. Both of them seemed to be at the top fighting with all the power he could muster, absorbing all the multiverses he could see. The other fought with the power of his own self.

The innate chaos god spoke, "Stop being so stubborn saint. Work under me and I will keep you safe till eternity from other gods and chaos."

The sage fought back burning the multiverses. He could still not feel the void and could still not reach where chaos was. He tried to fight against the hand that grabbed him, "Why should I be a slave to the destiny created by you. I shall fight against everything to be a free person."

The god scoffed and spoke, "All beings that are born are chained in destiny of their own birth which is that they are born. Surrender to me you foolish sage. Just because I created you with innate permanent consciousness does not mean that you can turn against me. I can kill you any time I want. You are not truly immortal."

The sage coughed blood. He tore his heart from his body and manipulated his body to become a metal being. He smiled and asked, "You think all life stems from thought and try to control me. I am me no matter whatever happens and will not stand your words. I shall not follow the path arranged for me. I shall live as myself and die as myself. Destroy me, if you want."

The chaos god laughed aloud in anger. He had a handsome face which repulsed the sage, "You who were born as a human, still live as a human after becoming chaos god. You who should have been impartial destroyed other races with your hand. Heaven is impartial and you who is above heaven still is partial."

The angry chaos god of reincarnation smile and spoke, "You who has been created by me, stood against me. You have not understood the grace granted to you and yet scoff at me and curse at the truth. You shall be born infinitely in different worlds as a human male. You shall keep your real body as I don't want you to lose the innateness I created you with. You shall keep on being reborn until you accept the truth."

The sage wailed in the void hearing the verdict. He still could not accept the fact. "Why are there innate chaos gods when I am only created with innateness. Even though I have innate-permanent consciousness and has permanent memory, I am still not as good as a chaos being. Why should I suffer again and again from the bitter truth?"

The sage saw the smirk of the chaos god and got angry. He roared angrily at the void using all his powers, "I, the innate being, created by the chaos god of reincarnation swear by my consciousness that I shall never ever bow down to any chaos being or chaos god. Even if I shall keep on reincarnating, I shall keep on fighting for eternity. In front of the chaos god all are ants and I the ant shall stand against you. I am the infinite reincarnation sage."

The chaos god of reincarnation smiled and destroyed the body of the sage and threw his consciousness using his power. In each reincarnation the person the sage shall replace shall be wiped out and his consciousness shall have a new body created as per the situation. And thus began the journey of the infinitely reincarnating sage, a sage fighting against God to maintain his freedom, and a god fighting against the sage to make him submit.
