It's time to go to sleep, I'm tired today…
If you think about it, then I make enemies as a master. But it doesn't matter, now it's much more important for me to study the situation with the dungeons.
The dungeon, which is almost not visited near the city, and monsters appear there less often and less. As far as I remember, this city has several thousand people, but maybe a dozen people visit that dungeon. Unlike the newly equipped one, which hundreds descend into a day, because there are more monsters, faster respawn, more tunnels and it is much easier and more convenient to go down there in a team. This town probably consists mostly of adventurers, former adventurers and potential adventurers.
After chatting with the bartender at the hotel, I found out that people do not come here often and there is rather a certain circulation of "departed = arrived". Adventurers usually swing here to about a high rank and go to places like the capital where there will be more salaries and vacancies. Sometimes those who want to become stronger come here, and I am an example of that.
Basically, the inflow comes from nearby villages, I have already passed one, there was a village next to it on the other side of the forest and a third village is located seven days from here.

In the morning, I decided to go to the library and find out more about Lockherty or whatever his name is. After paying for the passage and taking out the first book I found about the animals of the south, I immediately found the right animal.
... Uh-huh. In short, it is a magical beast. Magical beasts usually live deep in the forests and seek a place of residence along the flow of magic. The book describes that this beast is surprisingly intelligent and omnivorous. It says that he mostly lives in arid climates, if not in the desert at all, and he takes advantage of it! This creature was able to be secretive and is able to hide its presence. I also realized that those "scarlet claws" are a kind of amplification magic that add a slight increase to his tearing blows. But the most important thing is that from their eyes and dried scales, you can make high-quality potions to improve dexterity and stealth!
But for a high-quality potion or poison, I will need parts of the skork anyway. This is a monster that nests in a dungeon and is a cross between a scorpion and a spider, the most disgusting thing is that they can fight a long-range battle with both spider webs and poison.
What a rattling mixture…
The poison obviously uses skorka acid, leokerti manna gland, finely ground bone meal and of course water.
And to create a dexterity potion, I will need: skork fur, leokerti's eye, blue nettle, twenty hundred grams of blood and alcohol mixed with water. This is for the best effect, after drinking this, I will literally be able to move many times faster.
But there is a cheaper option: Ground wolf's fang, leokerti scales and low-quality blue nettles. True, I don't want to do it yet, I'll scrape the scales for myself anyway, but the effect is more important to me.
Although... I can probably make more profit by selling an already skinned corpse and ready-made potions. It would probably be easy to sell this to some dodger…
Damn it! I lost a potential client... well, let it be. There's nothing to touch my purse!
In general, what can I sell? That is, I have a lot of potions since the trip, after all, I collected all sorts of herbs, wolf fangs and the like there.
First, I will visit the dungeon, and then I will decide what is better to trade here. And, if you think about it, the dungeon is a good place, probably a lot of loot. There are sometimes literally "artifacts lying on the ground", although they are most likely lying around with their owners, but still.
Oh well, it's time to move out, I've already copied everything in my notebook, and I wanted to look into the dungeon.
I left the library and headed towards the dungeon…
It remains only to wait…
I will complete the quest on leokerti later, and now I have to go down to the second floor and collect lamp mushrooms there for myself and for the quest. These mushrooms grow in places where there is access to manna, and therefore they live in dungeons. Probably, if they are all torn out there, they will grow back the next day due to excess food.
After walking through the first floor, I realize that the dungeon is just huge, but to my surprise, even after walking far enough, I still hear the screams of the battle of other adventurers because of the echo.
Well, why am I walking alone? And it's time to activate some buffs, after all, I didn't take the torch.
- "Summoning", "gaze of the undead", "transfiguration" let's go for a walk.
It is not immediately distinguishable from a person even during the day, and in the local darkness it is so in general.
So we generally look like friends or colleagues, maybe even fellow soldiers.
We started looking for one of the ways to the second floor.
The first enemy we found was a light green slime and not even one!
Usually, slime is used to combine some of the ingredients of a potion or improve their quality, or rather eliminate sedimentary powder, pieces of leaves from plants or small roots that were supposed to impregnate the potion with their juice, thereby increasing its effect. There are several disadvantages of this method, firstly, it is an increase in the total volume of the potion with empty mucus or the taste of mucus, which is mostly bitter, and begins to bake a little in the throat.
I really don't like killing these monsters – they're too problematic, but they've already noticed us too, so…
