Stepping into the Event Hall, Leah Dearcroft smiled a wide and bright smile.
It was her cousin Sasha Dearcroft inside, scribbling madly away into a notebook.
The head chef who stood beside Leah raised an eyebrow before glancing back at Leah.
"That is one of the people I work with," Leah explained as the two ladies stepped further into the beautiful and massive Event Hall.
Leah's voice barely echoed, fading away into the shadows at the very end of the Event Hall. She stepped in slowly not wanting to suddenly startle Sasha Dearcroft who was so engrossed in her writing that she had not even looked up.
"I will introduce you," Leah said warmly.
The head chef smiled back at her, "Right. Thank you."
They walked in a little more. Sasha Dearcroft was still rather far away from the two. She was standing with her back to them. Her attention had not diverted to them for even a minute and in all honesty, Leah Dearcroft was a little concerned.
